people are now fond of travelling for leisure. More people are travelling to international
destinations for leisure. This growth has significantly impacted the travel and hospitality
industries. Growth in the area of tourism sector also significantly driving the growth of
hospitality sector tremendously. After proper analysis it has been observed that international
travel has grown up between 3 and 4 percent in 2017. This research has also covered the GDP
growth of tourism countries of the world. It has been found out that Tourism and hospitality
are developing as a key sector for the job creation and economic development in worldwide
forum. In 2016 alone tourism and hospitality sector has created $ 2.3 trillion and 109 million
jobs globally Tourism and hospitality sector alone has indirectly contributed to $ 7.6 trillion
to the global platform and generated approximately 292 million jobs only on 2016. This is
almost 10.2 percent of the total GDP of the world. Tourism and hospitality sector are growing
because of travellers (Hussain, et. al., 2016). Generally people are travelling for business and
leisure purposes internationally and locally. If compared 76.8 percent are travelling for the
business purposes while 23.2 percent are travelling for the fun or leisure. Tourism is a
prominent sector for the development across all continents globally like the countries such as

GDP. Economic benefits of the Travel and tourism council has not been shared equally.
