Overview- By managing & leading people at workplace,
management has obtained several edge. They have built wide and
strong teams of players, who contribute to gain competitive
benefits for their company. The current poster will explain key
theories and concepts of managing employees and leading them in
the work area.
Theories and models of managing employees and leading all of
them- In the world of business there are several types of
framework and concepts available that has been utilized for
purpose of managing and leading workers in a company. For
example, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is the best strategic model
that drive the attention of managers towards conducting those
practices that may contribute to manage, enhance and lead staff’s
performance.
For purpose of managing, staff and leading individual candidate at
workplace, manager may conduct more attempt, for example, they
may effort to create positive working environment. According to
that, everyone may give and take respect from all whether they are
new or existing employees. Just like that, they may also effort to
give all workers freedom about sharing their creative ideas and
VROOM expectancy- It is another model of people and
their performance management, which make manager
capable to lead a team of talented employees at
workplace. According to this concept, when manager
consider and effort to fulfill employee’s expectation they
may gain benefits of retaining them and managing their
effectiveness.
In term of bonus or incentive they may also obtain same
outcomes in effective manner, which may support to
grow ventures rapidly and profitability. Their practice
and activities play vital role in success of employees as
well as company for which they work harder more. Both
concepts may allow manager and leader within any
company whether it is small or large to be competitive
and let others do so.
