Introduction
The report is based on the basics of UI (User Interface) Design & UX (User
Experience) Design. These are the two main parts of the development
process. UX includes UI. Absence of anyone from both can result in failure of
the product. In this report, we will discuss the various concepts of designing.
We will discuss the various methods and techniques in UX designing which is
used to make the user experience smoother and better. We will also discuss
various tools that are used to implement the UI design. We will learn about
different testing methods which are used to test the product after which the
product is launched in the market.

to develop products which are interactive, functional and easy to use
(Smartdraw, 2019). It deals with strengthening and amplifying the user
experience of the product. Its main purpose is to maintain customer
satisfaction.
UI (User Interface) Design deals with the technicality of the product. It
focuses on developing the interfaces of the product keeping in mind that the
user experience should be smooth and easy to interact.
UX design consists of UI design. UX design deals with how the UI would work
whereas UI design deals with the UI looks. UI is the medium of UX design.
Both the designs work hand-in-hand as you can create a wonderful and eye-
catching interface but if it doesn’t give any decent user experience then it is
a waste of effort.

with the creation of genuine and sensible representations for reference. The
personas are created after the research. The research targets the paramount
audience and focuses on their expectations and needs. This helps in better
design and implementations of the interface based on the end user needs
and expectations. These personas consist of the description of the user, their
purpose to visit the site and what they need from the site.
Use Cases
Use cases are the description of the type of user which will come to the
website and what task will he/she perform. It helps in understanding the
viewpoint of the user and the responding behaviour of the system. A use
case includes the information about the owner of the website, the tasks
that’ll be performed by the user, the goal of the user and the sequence of
steps to carry out the tasks.

design prototypes. You understand which technology will act as the
base of the project. Select the best prototype and enhance it. The
