Abstract
The paper was proposed for the design of user interface which has the purpose to make an
application for the online ticket booking system so that it will easy for the user to understand
the concept of the booking system. The application is based on the system user interface
which follows all the design principle. The steps were taken to make the design was in first
there were reading of all the principle and understanding it and then taking the help of other
similar application all the things were made in the application with new more ideas in the
application. The output of the design gives when the user book the ticket is booked with the
process and then there is notification of successfully ticket booked. The design was
recommended by the other application which is called a choice app which is the online ticket
booking application for the movie from that application inspiration had come. The best
possible changes are already made which was not in the previous design and this helps the
person to get the easier to use the application. I think now there is no need to changes because
changes are already done which help to make the application more effective and smooth. The
addition in the user interface can be done adding the option for refund of payment or the
cancelation of a movie ticket.

Introduction
In this report, there is about the user interface application which is the software platform
which provides the interaction between the user and system. The report consists of the
application of cinema which provides the facility for ticket booking and car parking facility
of the individuals. This help to see the show timing and show data and the person can book it
by his or her feasible date. There is the use of all heuristic principle which includes the design
of the user interface which makes the application to work smoothly. The design which was
made is by the help of tool named as blasmiq which is easy to use and provide all the facility
to build the prototype which helps the person to understand the application prototype which is
kind of working that this provides by click on this button the person will go on that page. The
design application which is made is the simplest and attractive design of the ticket booking.
The name of the application is kept is mcinema and this explains all the thing about the ticket
booking. The prototype will help the developer to build the same application with the same
functionalities.

a. User interface design for your application
The user interface design provides the interaction between the user and system and this
provide to keep the proper user-friendly environment. The designs of mine are the best
solution because it follows the proper designs principle. There is the various principle and my
designs follow the principle. The user interface designs provide the interaction between the
user and system and this provide to keep the proper user-friendly environment. The designs
of mine are the best solution because it follows the proper designs principle. There is the
various principle and my designs follow the principle, like this application, provide the
proper interaction between the user and system and for this the person is able to recognize
that what is the application and what the functionalities provide for the same. The application
provides the attention because the entire there is to select the seat and this has to be done with
proper concentration and then there is need to pay and the amount should be paid equally not
less or more because done the payment has done it won’t be refunded (Le, A. 2019).
This includes the process:
1. Requirements.
2. Designing
3. Prototyping
4. Evaluating
This above process works in the loop of the user interface. This finds the requirements of the
application, there is the design of the application according to the requirements, the prototype
is designed and then there is an evaluation done.

How my design meets the user’s requirements and enhances their exp
erience?
User requirements are as follow:
Comprehensibility
This refers to the system which the user is able to understand the concept of the visualization
of the operating steps which are underlying the process

Feedback
There should be the functionality of the feedback giving to the user so that the person can
give the feedback to give so that they can get a platform to share the things between the user
and the application folder. So if there are any changes needed the person can update it into
the next version Sanders (L. A. 2018).
Controllability
The user can get control of the application this means the user can go to the next page or the
previous or can change the date or time according to the user need. So there should be
changes functionality present.
The designs meet with the user requirements in the designs has the controllability given to the
user for the changing the time and date or to go on previous or next page or they can select
the movie which they want to see and there is a selection of cinema to which the user wants
to see the movie. The customization allows the user to keep their privacy setting according to
the user. This allows the user to audit and specify the personal data. The application provides
the feedback screen to which the sure can writing anything it might be positive or negative
things and also it consist of the rating section to which the rating can be done.
c. What factors influenced my design, how they influenced it and why?
There are different factors such as requirements of the user which includes the feedback,
controllability, comparison, etc. This is the most important part for the user designs which is
present in this application. There are some designs principles used as the button should have
the same color size, the mobile used here is of the same screen, etc. Business organizational
requirements involve the stakeholders which have the specific requirements which have the
characteristics which are proposed with the viewpoint of the system. This has the feature of
the products which have the system and the user interactions. Competitors are the one who
has the applications which are the same application but here in my application there is of car
parking option for the person who has movie thicket or not he or she can park their vehicles
which is open to all (Cabrera, 2019).

d. Provide a comparison of your interface designs
with interfaces of competitor sites.
The names of the similar site are https://www.choovie.com.au/ this acts as my competitor
which have the process of booking the tickets of the movies and this has the design too but
yes there are some functionalities which are missing ad this difference makes my design good
enough for the user to use it.

Navigation
There are buttons added to navigate the complete application such as login button to log in it
not the application by providing the PIN of the users the user can log in into the application.
There is a pay button to which the user pays for the ticket by the online payment method
which helps the person to make the online transactions. The feature of my design is better in
the slide of car parking that there is car parking implementation is done so that the person
feels to park the vehicles which provide the safety for the vehicles. There is one weakness of
the application that there is no refund or the cancelation of ticket option in case if some
emergency occurs then the person could not refund get the refund by deducting some amount.
There is no cancelation option and in this, there is to profit for the user. To get some profit to
the user and the application there can be the addition of the refund policy to the way either
they previously charge the amount extra by providing the option of free cancelation so that
the amount will be refunded completely. Or the other way is to provide the 50% to the user
and 50% will be for the cinema (Bernstein, 2019)

Conclusion
The above report consists of the user interface designs which have a discussion about the user
requirements, user interface, and the functionalities of the applications. This also explains the
usability principle which has used in the applications and there is also discussion about the
experience of the user experiences. This also includes the competitor followed by the
business and the organization requirements. This also helps the users to recognize that what is
the application for and what are functionalities provides for the application and how it is
different from the other application. There is a competitor application design which shows the
difference of the application which is built and this helps to show the difference of the
application and the functionalities of the applications. There are explanations done about the
navigation, layouts or the graphic which are used in the applications.
