Introduction
Evaluation of information sources is important part of a research procedure. In research,
it is important to select and evaluate proper research methods so that it would be helpful to
conduct the research in proper way. In order to evaluate the project resource management in the
UK automotive industry, evaluation of ethical, political, legal as well as social issues are
important to be considered for conduction of the research in effective way. Hence, it is important
to focus on the use of effective research tools and techniques so that it would be helpful to get
proper outcomes. The study deals with evaluation of ethical, political, legal as well as social
issues that are involved in the research. Understanding of the main philosophical as well as
theoretical approaches is discussed in the present study.
Evaluation of the ethical, political, legal and social issues in research
Smith (2015) stated that legal as well as ethical issues are important element of modern
research that are related to the subject as well as researcher. Hence, it is important to review
several international guidelines as well as regulations, which exists on the issues associated to
the informed consent, confidentiality as well as providing original publications. The ethical as
well as legal issues associated with conduction of clinical research that engages human
participants had raised the concerns of policy makers, lawyers as well as scientists and ethical
principles that are applied to the clinical research involving participants of human. On the
contrary, it is important to focus on other aspects.

other hand, it would be helpful for the organizations to select the process that fulfills quality of

well as interpretation. Hence, it is important to base nature of the research problem that is
addressed. On the other hand, the approaches taken for data collection as well as approach of the

On the other hand, there are three types of research designs used in research such as
descriptive research design, exploratory research design and explanatory research design. In the
present context, descriptive research design has been selected as the design would be helpful to
conduct the research in appropriate way.

important procedures involved in a research. There are two types of research designs selected in
a research such as probability sampling and non-probability sampling. In order to evaluate the

sampling technique has been used. On the other hand, it is important to focus on the data
collection and analyse method. Primary and secondary are the types of data collection used in a
research. Secondary data are collected for the research (De Propris and Bailey 2017). On the

used in the research in order to analyze the secondary data gathered for the research.

The above study concludes that it is important to select effective research
methodological tools for conduction of the research in proper way. Hence, selection of the best
management tools can be helpful for the organizations that can enhance performance and
increase satisfaction of the customers. Management can be characterized, as the global as well as
comprehensive approach can be helpful to implement organizational strategy as well as manage
methodology, which can make the members participating with the primary aim of enhancing
efficacy, functionality as well as efficiency. In this perspective, it is important to develop proper
research methodology get expected outcome for the research.
