adopted for the different types of
companies.
• And these companies uses
different source for allocating the
fund for the company.

FORMATION OF BUSINESS IN UK
• Partnership- The partnership form of business refers to
that form in which there are two or more than two people
share the ownership control. All the partners are liable
for the profit and loss of the company.
• Private limited company- This company refers to that
form of business in which there is no separate legal
existence of the owner than the business. All the profit,
loss and debts of the company are related to the company
itself.

companies act 2013, the public limited
company has been described as that company
whose shares can be easily transferable to the
general-public. The public limited companies.

Analysing the ways in which business are
funded
• Private limited companies- The source that has been used by the private limited
companies for allocating the capital money from personal savings, taking bank loans and
taking private equity from the angel investors.
• Public limited company- These companies are managed by the directors and the
ownership control of the company is in the hand of shareholders. These companies offer
their shares to the public.
