over forming single European political entity in order to end the centuries of warfare in European
countries that has been culminated within World War II and has helped in establishing strong
trade relationship developed in an organization(Guerrero Peño, 2022). The European Union was
established by 12 countries in the year 1993 for ensuring about freedoms in relation over
movement of goods, services, people and money. The EU has helps in working over gross
domestic product establishment and improvement within an organization. Also group of
countries has acted in relation over developing business network more effectively. Further EU
has helped in creating more effective rules and regulations leading upon improving basic
structure of United Kingdoms economy. It has been making United Kingdom focus upon
creating stability within its operations. Thus European Union has made United Kingdom more
powerful in terms of trade related activities. The aim of European Union is to promote peace and
values which helps in creating well being of its citizens. European Union helped in developing

freedom and security through procuring justice without any barriers. Then it made laws which

combating crimes more effectively. Further, EU has helps in creating legislation making proper
structure prepared in order to develop society in more effective manner. Thus EU has made

established more effectively. This has made sustainable development done in order to create
balance within economic growth and price stability creating competitiveness within market by
creating employment and concentrating over social progress. It helps has helped in making
scientific and technological progress within member countries. Also it made social issues solve
to an extend that social perspective has been covered. Through norms of EU discrimination has
been eradicated within UK. This makes promotion done over promoting social justice by dealing
over aspects like protection, equality between women and men, and protection of the rights of
the child. It has enhanced economic, social and territorial coherency making sociality created in
more effective manner. EU has promoted diversity within the country of United kingdom making
its culture and norms enhanced more effectively. EU has aimed over monitoring economic
activities within countryd(en Hond and Painter, 2022). The aims of EU is wider making
promotion done over value of interest within society. Also EU Has ensured that sustainability is
developed within the growth of an UK. It has been making solidarity with manual respect within
country of UK making fair trade promoted over protecting human rights of people in UK. This
has helped in making strict observation created over international law. EU has made various
values to be developed within UK that are Human dignity which is based upon creating norms
and values making protection provided over protect respect of an individual. Freedom based
upon making an individual's free moving rights created in relation to movement and speech
within member countries of EU. Democracy this is another important aspect which has been
used in order to provide protection in relation to political growth of UK.
Every adult EU citizen develop rights towards voting during election due to introduction
of democracy which made parliament operations conducted with more effectiveness. Also EU
through this perspective made voting rights of citizens enhanced more effectively over country
of origin. This lead upon developing other rights like citizenship, residency and property right.
Also it created equality by promoting more opportunities structured helping in decreasing

discrimination within EU. Then comes rule of law which has been formed by EU in order to
provide supremacy of law in more effective manner. Also the rule has helped in forming various
kinds of treaties and agreements which has made independence of judiciary achieved within UK.
Human rights it has helped in making basic rights to be protected which make fundamental
perspective covered more effectively. In this elements like sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion
or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. Also personal data gets protected in relation to
justice and equality before law.
Case law that has been decided by European union is Van Duyn v Home Office as per
the facts of the case Van Duyn who is a Dutch national claims that British Government
according to the Home Secretary infringe in the lime light of article 45(3) by denying entry over
work permit to work at Church of Scientology. In this free movement of worker directive
article3(1) and also set out that a public policy provision had to be 'based exclusively on the
personal conduct of the individual concerned'. The UK had not done anything to expressly
implement this element of the Directive. In this case European Court of Justice held that van
Duyn could be denied entry if it was for reasons related to her personal conduct, as outlined in
the Directive 64/22/EEC. TEEC article 48 was directly effective, even though the application of
the provision was 'subject to judicial control'.
In the year 2016 UK voted over leaving EU through forming Brexit which made
challenges deal in more effective manner. This made UK changed its overall structure making
dealing possible with various aspected existing within country like UK. Brexit means an
agreement that has been signed in order to change United Kingdom's condition. It has helped in
making various decisions to be taken by government of United Kingdom's which makes business
in UK deals with various problems in conducting there activities at local level. Also business

way(Biggiero and et. al., 2022). Brexit has made UK change its policies in relation to
functioning of business at local level that made business organizations work in smooth manner.
Through new business policies of UK various loopholes existing within business functioning has
been covered. In UK various elements in relation over trade related activities covered in order to
make business function in more effective way. If the EU waits until the UK's formal withdrawal,
the negotiations might drag on for another five years or more. Pending a deal, the UK will trade
with the EU under World Trade Organization (WTO) rules. Brexit has made United Kingdom

face challenges over making strong trade agreement with other countries. In this trade
agreements of EU has been changed making UK develop different treaties with other countries.
These treaties has made more strong trade relationship developed for UK.
In the light of the above case it can be observed that as per the article 45(3) of the TUFE
every citizen is allowed to resident freely within the membered state of EU. Since Brexit has
been made by United Kingdom which has lead over developing new laws within the country by
excluding European union members state citizen enter within UK. The article has been amended
by the UK government allowing only UK citizens to move freely anywhere all over the
European . Thus UK safeguard universal fundamental rights for its citizens.

CONCLUSION

structure. Then both business law and ethics has made business deal over various factors making
