Introduction
In order to have a better understanding of the business
process and the management of the issues that are
associated with it. The business law is associated with the
UK legislation is an important aspect to be taken into
consideration. The management process of the businesses
associated with different parts of the legislation needs to
be discussed proficiently. The following segment is going
to detail about the associated features of the UK
legislation for business management and the process of
forming a law and the basics are going to be discussed. On
the other hand, some case studies are going to be
discussed as well and proficient solutions will be provided
abiding the legislature of the United Kingdom.

Presentation on the role of Government in law-
making and how statutory and common law is
applied in the Courts in England & Wales
The role of government in law making is
different in two houses.
The main law making houses are House of
Common and House of Lords. It is seen that
the issues associated with the legal matters
have to detail to the house and that is treated
as a proposal to the Houses.

goes through different phases. It is seen that
the business management process is
associated with the bill passing.
The bill goes to a certain house and the bill
goes through different phases.
The first reading phase is associated with the
process of making a logical justification in
order to meet the requirements of a public
concern.

issues associated with the process of proper
solution making.
The second reading phase is a debate gearing
the bill-associated issues.
Then the committee stage comes in which the
amendments are added to the bill.

In the third reading phase, the final
amendments are made.
The other houses are provided with the same
bill and after their consent, the bill is sent for
royal ascent. After royal ascent, a bill
becomes an act.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that the business management
process is associated with the making a legitimate
decisions. It can be stated that the management
process has to be adhered by the legal aspects. It
can be concluded that there are some legal factors
have to be taken into consideration. The process of
making a proficient impact is associated with the
legislations and in the long run these are going to
be managed proficiently. It can be further
concluded that the case laws that have been taken
into consideration has to be managed properly to
meet the needs of the research.
