access, and quality of care. It would be beneficial for improving organizational performance
and outcomes. I have also created my understanding of the gaps in the health care delivery of
an organization. In this way, I have noticed that there are limited facts associated with the
involvement of people in building the intervention. This learning experience was beneficial
for me to develop further research. When I was in Care homes, I have faced challenges due to
a lack of understanding regarding working culture. But, after training, I understood the
working culture as it was beneficial for improving the organization's performance and
outcomes (Rezaee, Yaghmaee, and Rahmani, 2014).
I have also generated my experience about the flexible strategies for commissioning and
operational delivery. These strategies are strong leadership, and motivating the partnerships
and participation. It would be beneficial for improving my personal and professional career.
In my working time, initially, I have faced difficulties to understand the patient requirement
but, after some time, I understood the ways of dealing with patients (Hauser, 2014). These
ways are developing communication and teamwork skills. Before working with care homes, I
have lack of knowledge regarding the ways to improve the organization's performance and
outcomes. But, after that, I have generated my knowledge in a different field. It was effective
for improving the performance of an organization. I would apply this learning experience to
develop my personal and professional career.
During performing in care homes, I have learned that there are new market forces that should
be responded through care homes such as payment methods as well as consumer expectation.
In this way, I learned that provider payment mechanism is an effective technique to make
easier the process of payments on time. Along with this, I have observed that care home can
obtain the advantageous for willingness to share and execute the remote monitoring system
effective for me to make a career in the health industry. I have also learned that an
