Issues raise during working
 While working in the team, there was a communication gap among the team members which
resulted in overlapping of the tasks, delaying of the work.
 The miscommunication gap among the team members should be improved by adopting
different ways of communication.
 The other issue faced by the team members was lack in efficiency and quality of the work.
Thus, the team was constantly facing lower grades from the higher authorities.
 Thus, to improve this, the team leaders should start with the process of giving feedback
regarding the quality and efficiency of the work done by them.
