Thus, the team was constantly facing lower grades from the higher authorities.
Thus, to improve this, the team leaders should start with the process of giving feedback
regarding the quality and efficiency of the work done by them.

By summing up above report it has been concluded that Covid-19 has affected the entire
life style of the people lives in UK and that is why, there is a need to develop vaccine that
assist to boost the immunity of people.
Through the above study, it has been concluded that there is an increasing trend identified
in first as well as second doses and as a result, the chances of death rate decreases.
Further, it can be concluded that working in a team is also beneficial for the project
because it assist to complete the entire project effectively.
By summing up above report it has been concluded that Covid-19 has affected the entire
