According to the research in UK there is around 4 million limited companies , employees up
to 21 million who works full time. For protection of of employers and employees right in
UK there is the employment laws. These laws are for protecting various right like dismissal,
holidays, pay, discrimination and more, and also safeguarding an employer's interests and
make sure to keep the relationship between two fair(Khan,et.al, 2019).
Today scenario it is observed that a number of successful companies using the social
responsibility for give back to society and thank customers for their loyalty and trust, they did on
company. Before it was not important for companies to apply CSR, but now a days its is most
important for companies for increase their focus on social responsibility . In a very simple way,
the word 'social responsibility' means a business’s obligation to pursue achievable and good
long-term goals for its people and the world at large.

after leaving an existing company. For example if a larger company is taking over a smaller

a law Data Protection Act 2018 which regulates to access, storage and use of employees or
customer data. Employers should get consent before use or storage of their staff member's
data(Wright,et.al, 2018).
This law says that data must be stored securely, accurate, and used transparently it means
employer must disclose to employees that how they are using their data information and why.
This law also give 'right to be forgotten' means when they leave the company all personal details
given by them can deleted on their request. Like some sensitive personal information on race,
political beliefs or trade union memberships.

win easily trust of customers and employees and develop a market platform and get positive
attention from society. Simply when a company works with CSR, people automatically attracted
by its projects and projects leaves a positive force on society. And this helps to grow company
top of mind. One of the major reasons, people apply to several companies just because of their
CSR strategy. Weather a company is compassionate and treating well including its employees
depends on its CSR strategy and this shows that how importantly employees take social
responsibility seriously. Not only this, CSR also help to increase a more productive and positive
work environment for employees which promotes volunteering and constructive efforts from
employees. CSR also improve customers' perception of companies brand.
To have a successful brand and retain customers business, must create trust with their target
audience and for all this CSR is most important when it comes to branding. It is clear that if a
company wants a good reputation in society and want to earn trust , and loyalty among clients
CSR is best way for all this. Behind a successful and long running business is always
customers;s loyalty and faith of their branding and profit making style(Ljungholm, 2018). And for
all this, every companies are excepted to serve back to society. According to a 2015 survey by
Nielsen more than 50% of customers ready to invest in that business who prioritizes
