INTRODUCTION
Health care safety and proper execution policies will result of positive environment.
Health care in England provided by England public health service, it also affected from changes
in the legal systems. Since health care is the most essential concern for every country to stable
the healthy and safe environment. It will be also influencing the best manner of growth which
influences better opportunity to get new technology of making healthier environment. Present
will be based on healthcare system. It will be explaining different aspects of healthcare systems
and factors affecting different stakeholders who influence or affect healthcare system. Such as
improper treatment of patient will reduce the importance of healthcare system in front of the
country point of view, it will also covers some essential healthcare system policies or legal
implication which helps to influence the better presence of healthcare systems. Along with that,
health care is the necessary concern for the country to make surroundings positive and healthy
for further development. Present study also discussing some healthcare acts such as children
protection act 1989, Health and social care Act 2012, Social Value Act 2012. however, study
covering the all key aspects of the health care and main key stakeholders of the UK Healthcare
systems.
Question 2 Describe the main stakeholders of UK Health care system
Basically, it is the first stakeholder f health care system which might got affected from
the certain changes done by them. Integrated care is the system or process where number or
group of members has take right to take care of those who mentally disable and eventually
suffered from any certain disease (Betancourt and et.al., 2016). Capital aid environment is
become the way to the behavioural health system and primary care providers need support and
resources to screen and treat individuals with behavioural & other essential needs of health care.
More apart, integrated health care system is the only system that support peoples and listen them
into proper manner about their health issues etc. However, it is the stakeholder of health care
system which relates health care services.

better healthy environment. Along with that, it will be more challenging for the health care
system to adopt the policies of WHO which is has to be mandatory and essential for all the health
care organisations (Boulware and et.al., 2016).
Secretary of state for health is another system of health care which is the UK cabinet
position responsible for the National Health Service. It helps to take aid about the national health
care system which might be introducing new changes and healthcare systems. More apart, it will
be another reason of great growing factor in heath care organizations. Secretary of health care
has been play essential role in the health care policies. It is another stakeholder of health care
system which main aim is to maintain the proper and safe environment within the country
(Burwell, 2015). The person who hired as a secretary has responsible to take proper and
productive decisions regarding proper health and safety, it provides the support and new
effective charging growth for better development in health care sector. All the reconstitution or
major goals has taken by the person who is accountable for that.
Care quality are the commission which is a non departmental of public body department
of health and social care of the UK. It was established in 2009 to regulate and inspect the proper
wellness care societal employment (Ducke and Willcox,2015). The main reason of this
commission is that to from three predecessors. Besides, it also very much required to make
proper changes in the organisation goals. Care quality commission is responsible to make sure
about the quality system of health care. The main role of care quality commission is that to
ensure about proper quality of hospitals care homes, dental and general practises and other care
services. They also encourage other systems or organisation of health care sector to maintained
proper quality and better environmental surroundings in care homes, dental and general practises
and other care services. They also make sure the proper registration process of all service system
It is another system or stakeholder of health care systems. It is another non-departmental
public body heath if the department. The main purpose health education is that to provide
national leadership and coordination for the education and training within the health and public
sector.

community to take care the person needs special treatment. It helps healthcare sector to stable the
country situation and ensure the positive environment. It will also help to make sure better
environment and opportunity growth (Morton, Fontaine and Gallo, 2017).
Care Standards Act: Care standards act of the parliament of the united kingdom which
provides for the administration of a variety of care institutions, including children homes.
Moreover, this act will also help to recover the better environmental growth and effective
process of making good goals (Stoddart and Evans, 2017). The main aim of the legislation is to
reform the law relating to the inspection and regulations of various care institutions. It will help
to make the proper changes in the health care organisations.
Data Protection act 1998: Data protection act relate or helps to define the proper safety
of service users personal information. Besides, it designed for the protection of personal data and
stored on computers or in an organised paper filing system (Drummond and et.al.,2015). It helps
to stable the image of health care systems and enhance the people trust and faith towards the
overall health care system.
Act Disability Discrimination act: Disability discrimination act 1995 of united kingdom
which is recently replaced by equality act 2010 it helps to remove discrimination among people
on the basis of caste religion and races. No one of health care organisations adopt this illegal

common people and providing positive environment in health care system.
Race Relations Act: it is another act which helps to protect the proper racial
discrimination. Ethnicity it also helps to remove discrimination process in order to secure the
proper implementation process. Overall process helps to secure the health and safety system
among the country nation (Stoddart and Evans, 2017).
National Policies: National policies is the another matter of fact or act in UK which
influence the health care system of UK. Moreover, it helps to to enhance the quality of health
care organizations.
Local Policies: A local policy of health care is the only process is just to ensure the
proper implementation of all act related to the main act and influencing process.

From the basis of above section it can be concluded that health care system is the most
required and effective for every country to ensure best the productive environment in health care
organisations. Present report based on healthcare systems of UK, which is basically developed
matter with England. They having their own systems of publicity funded healthcare. Overall
study discussed about the different aspects of healthcare system such as public health England,
social care, role of NHS, Modernization of UK NHS, integrated care, the care act, WHO,
partnership work etc. Further apart it will also discussed about the different stakeholders which
might be give negative impact on the health care system of UK. Such as patients, employees,
legal system, changes technology, stakeholders, government etc. Moreover, a health care system
requires being in perfect manner to make sure the health care safety of all the patients. However
study also concluded some essential legislations and different acts of the UK health care sectors.
