INTRODUCTION
The hospitality industry carry out different functions that can be categorised according to
different fields. Organisations in this sector mostly delivers services like lodging, event planning,
theme parks, transportation, cruise line. In United Kingdom, this subsection mostly aid in

different scale, scope and diversities of industries in hospitality section. Apart from this,

carrying.

In modern world, it has been analysed that hospitality sector majorly putting positive
impact on economical conditions of United Kingdom. Firms under this hospitality sector
carrying strong sustainability rather than firms of a different sections. Some of hospitality
industries are restaurants, pubs, lodging, entertainment, caters, gaming, event management and
many more. It has been examined that restaurants, pubs and hotels does comes under food sector,
apart from this, entertainment, lodging, event management and caters are a part of service
providers. All these can be owned by sole proprietors or partners. This section can be considered
as fourth largest subsection which in influencing economical conditions of United Kingdom
positively. Hospitality industries consists share of around 10% into the GDP of UK. On the other
hand, value which this sector generated in last year was £143 billion. Apart from this, it has also
been located that hospitality sector has gives employment to 3 million citizens approximately in
every single year. Scale of this industry is being defined as almost 11,000 hotels are carrying
their presence and serving to visitors with quality services.
Along with this, scope is something which mostly being entertained by companies
whether it is of hospitality, IT or any other sector. GDP endeavour, turnovers, employment and
job opportunities are some of scope that can be considered as the some major scopes of
Hospitality sector. Primarily, it can be understood as through taking an example of tourism

Restaurants: Fast food services are being provided by restaurants.
Theme park: Adventurous experience are being given to visitors or to local people.

organisational structures. With the help of this, goals of organisations can get flourishingly

industries to stay effective, limber, advanced and should take initiatives so that benefits can be
gained like competitive advantages, strong sustainability, high market share and many more

organisational function because information is majorly needs to be sent from one person to

park is following functional organisational structure because it is at small level. All of these are
