INTRODUCTION
Legal system are those perspective which helps over making establishment of business
organization possible in more effective way present within country. Through such system
structure has been developed over following guidelines and rules provided within business law.
These laws are used upon developing guidelines and rules provided within business law. These
laws are used over making business organizations and its various functions conducted more
effectively. Business law makes better legal system formed that helps to improve business
organizations in more effective manner. The law helps upon making establishment done of
business organization making business to be conducted with all operations. Scope of business
law is wider as they cover all aspects related over various functions of business. Nature is
dynamic as it has tendencies over impacting business in more effective way. The report is based
over legal system of UK with town main laws has been explained. In the end employment law
has been discussed.
MAIN BODY
PART 1
Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK.
Laws means those rules that has been made over creating better structure helping over
solving issues impacting individual and public at large. Under law various kinds of aspects has
been discussed which makes country develop legal structure in more effective way. Also law
helps in governing society at large (Clammer, 2019). Through law government works in the
favour of social welfare leading towards enhancing legal system within country. These laws
forms various legislations and las are developed leading towards enhancing legal framework
present within an organization. Further, laws are responsible over creating legal sanction within
an country like UK helping in making social welfare formed by fulfilling goals and objectives of
government leading towards improving society and dealing over issues related to government.
These laws have wider perspective in terms of social welfare. They are having three important
parts which are used over making legs aspect covered in more effective way. These three organs
of UK’s legal system are legislative, executive and judiciary. The organs work over developing
protective structure in order to make sure that all issues are solved in effective way. Through

laws legal integrity has been developed within country. Law leads over improving ethical and
behavioural aspect making social environment improved for living of individual within society
and boundaries of UK (Bloomfield, 2022). Under the legal system of United Kingdom various
laws are developed that makes justice to be secured in relation over legal terms of organization.
Through these laws people living within UK is able to for better society. Laws are those
important parts of UK legal system making laws developed in more effective way through
passing legislations that are permanent law in more effective way. The common law principles
are used in order to make laws improved more effectively. As per this diversity is maintained
within legal system of United Kingdom. Laws has helped over developing laws in more effective
way. Through law legal structure is developed making justice procured in its real sense.

English Legal system
English legal system are based over two major laws which has been discussed as follows:
a) Civil Law:
These are the laws that has been used in order to develop certain aspects which makes civil
cases to be handled with more effectiveness. In civil law focus is based upon activities which
involves an individual within society. Also, civil law holds responsibility upon delaing with
wrongs which includes individuals within society. In civil law major element that has been
covered is based over issue created between two individual. In civil law cases related over
property, law of torts and state related issues over an individual. Under the law comprehensive
system has been developed over making rules and principles form the civil procedure code. Also
these laws are based upon protecting individual present within society. Thus civil law is an
important part of UK’s legal system. As, they ate able to protect an individual by allowing legal
protection to be provided within the case of Civil nature presented within court.
b) Criminal Law
These laws are based upon criminal activities and various aspects related to them helping
in dealing with various issues that impacts society at large. Through criminal law different
legislation are developed in order to control criminal activities taking place within country.
These laws holds responsibility in relation to various situations existing within country. These
laws deals with cases based over crimes like murder, sexual assault and theft. Also criminal law

are based over criminal procedure code which has been formed in order to define process based
over proceedings applied within courts. In this aspects related to trial, investigation and
evidences has been explained (Sabri and et. al., 2020). Criminal offences can be proved only
when mens ra and mens rea exists within the case. These laws cover wider perspective within
UK’s legal system. Criminla law are mainly used for developing balance within society by
controlling criminals by punishing them as per legal framework of UK. Under it motive should
be based over killing people impacting pace of society at large. Thus they hold importance
within English Legal system by making proper procedure formed over criminal activities within
society.
Through these discussion it can be seen that criminal and civil laws are most important
laws which has been used in order maintain balance by controlling crime and wrongs present
within society(Blair and Barbiani, 2019. English legal system of United Kingdom has developed
with strong procedure as these laws makes laws formed with more effectiveness. All legislations
formed within United Kingdom are related to these laws which has made judicial proceedings
conducted more effectively and justice is served effectively.
Explain the role of the following Courts in the English Legal system such as
a) High Court
The court deals upon various parts of judiciary and are knowns as second highest court
present within legal system of UK. High court has various functions performed which helps over
guiding lower courts in terms of legal procedure. High court plays important role in providing
justice over cases that has been transferred from lower courts. These courts are responsible for
protecting legal integrity of procedures applied within court. Then High court can thrash those
cases which has been violating principles of justice but judgments are passed by high courts. In
this fairness has been maintained with legal proceedings of courts.
b) Supreme Court
This is highest court of appeal that has been dealing over cases within which appeals has
been made over challenging the high court's decision. Also the court hold responsibility over
common principles helping in procuring justice. The it protects constitutional framework and
fundamental rights providing justice in difficult cases existing within court. Supreme Court

works over common law principles which makes basic principles of law protected in any
manner. Also Supreme Court makes legal system to be protected of United Kingdom.

Explain Case Law as a source of laws
Case laws are important source of law which are used upon forming laws in more effective
way. The source is based upon justice and its real meaning which is applied within United
Kingdom legal system. As per this cases that has been previously decided and has rare situations
are used for handling case which are similar in nature. They are important part as they work upon
common law principles and are used by court in order to for or mould law within UK as per legal
framework existing within organization. Thus they are important source as they helps in making
laws which deals over rare situation existing within case. This is one of the most important law
source used in order to maintain blance within legal system of UK
Explain the process of making Legislation
Legislations is one of the most important aspect based over laws that is permanent in
nature and are applied across nation. Through these laws various important legislation has been
created which made legal system of United Kingdom string in more effective way. Through
legislation various legislation and laws has been formed that lead over regulating legal aspect in
more effective manner. They are related in order to improve laws which makes local bodies work
within the legal framework of an organization(Zwitter, 2019). It is important over developing
legal guidance upon laws present within an organization. In UK proper process exists for making
law which is three reading process. First stage includes draft that has to be presented within the
parliament and only presentation is done over the process. Then comes second stage which is
based upon having discussion over bill in detail and then voting is done over it. Then comes third
stage within which bill is developed with amendments and then again discussion is done over it.
Then it is send to House of Lords. In the end Royal assistance is provided that is given by
Monarch. This makes legislation become permanent law in UK which is applied all over United
Kingdom.

Employment Law
These are those laws that has been used in order to make employees feel safe while working
within an organization. Employment laws are effective towards protecting employees form any
kind of exploitation and inequality caused due to employers behaviours within an organization.
The law is based upon legislations which are Equality act 2010, employees right act 1995 and
wages law. In these laws duties of employer are to provide wages on time, to provide holidays as
per legal standards of an organization and to makes sure that ethical codes are explained to
employees. The unfair dismissal takes place when an employee is not responsible for an act but
has been fired for no reason.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that business laws are those laws which are
used in order to form business organizations in more effective manner. These laws holds
responsibility upon forming organization as per legal aspects present within law. In this file
things covered is based upon concept of law present within United Kingdom Legal system. Also
sources of laws has bene discussed with an example. In the end employment law has been
explained with various concepts related to it and duties of employer. Also unfair dismissal has
