Here, the article issues faced by UK has been evaluated and thus it helps in identifying
that migration is considered as one of the main critical problem which is being faced by
immigrants (Newson and et. al., 2016). From the book it can be reviews that immigrants are
facing serious issues in UK regarding social policy, criminology and thus identify main reasons
of such problems so that appropriate solution could be identified. Immigration is considered as
the social issue and thus it affects the society and economic condition of country. Therefore,
government need to bring certain actions related to immigration acts and thus help immigrants in
obtaining reasonable actions so that immigration issue could be avoided. Main migration was
found in relation to political migration of refugees and thus accepts that individual need to be
protected as per the international human rights so that obligation could be carried out effectively.
(Isaacsand et. al., 2014) identifies that immigration is considered as the social problem and thus
resolve only through creating effective strategies and thus overcome political and economic
immigration. Due to migration it has been noticed that majority of the foreigners settle into the
country and thus obtain the nationality which is affecting local people and also they are speaking
similar languge it brings new hope to develop new society in future.
While, political migration of refugees has been accepted that they need to identify the
human rights before restricting anyone to migrate from one place to another. However, it has
been assessed that UK restricts migrants from other countries due to minimum income
requirements and thus it affects the entry of people in the country (Benson, 2016). Such issue
affects individuals living and working within country even for several years. There are various
cases in which humans are affected due to lack of money in their bank account and thus they are
forced to go to their native place and separated from their family. However, government if also
taking certain steps in regard to prevent the families who are planning to permanent settlement in
London instead of knowing the fact that they have been already settled. Issue of family migration
lies to the heart of social cause and thus migration is considered as the problem because in order
to prevent that government and society aims to actively carry out permanent settlement and thus
resolve the issues faced by individuals. Thus, in the given chapter it analyses regarding the issue
of migration and thus government undertaking strict actions in terms of overcoming such
migration issue in UK (Padoch, 2016).
This particular chapter analyses various aspects and ask several questions regarding
social problems faced within UK. Thus, the questions asked in the selected chapter are crucial

which is related to migration that affects individual as it leads them to separate from their family
and friends. Thus, question of family separation is very heart breaking and therefore, migration
authorities and government officials are required to implement appropriate legislation related to
immigration and thus safeguard the individuals from migrating from one country to another.
While, another question that is adopted is regarding developing rules and regulations for family
migration and creating unification and thus creates permanent migration (Geddes and Scholten,
2016). However, the restrictions imposed by government in relation to family migration is also
questionable as government fixes a certain income requirements without which they would not
be entering into the country (Newson and et. al., 2016). Here, it analyses that reviewing the
chapter it helps in answering the different issues being faced in UK such as migration. Therefore,
it is considered as one of the effective issue because people visiting UK from different nations
are facing problems due to Immigration Acts and controls which does not allow people to visit
country. Due to rising immigrants culture of the country swamps and thus Britain reasonably
become comfortable with the people involved i.e. multi-ethnic and multi-cultural society.
However, in early 1990's political migrants were demonised to asylum seeker and thus
government need to be introduce new legislation that helps in controlling migrants (Lutz, 2016).
While, another migration is related to economic that particularly addresses new EU
member states and in Central Europe and thus helps in managing migration. Furthermore, it
assesses that immigration has never been a popular cause and thus it drives unemployment and
also encouraged government to minimize such ill effects of immigration within country.
However, country expected the political migration of refugees and form international human
rights obligations and carry out effective legislation so that best results could be attained
(Burrell, 2016).
It can be evaluated that social construction faces issues related to immigration problem
which is being faced by country. Therefore, it is essential for them to undertake effective
arguments in order to control immigration and thus construct better solutions to this problem.
Government undertakes serious measures in relation to apply the social problem at hand and thus
implements effective policies and actions so that changes could be implied in order to attain best
results. Immigration problem needs to be identified and thus create proper social construction
which results into identifying that family migration is another concept that influences number of
processes which brings family members after first migration. Hence, they need to undertake

effective practices so that government need to make clear path towards constructing family
migration as a problem and therefore, trying to overcome it. Migration affects the family as
unification helps family members to after first migration and thus affects the people to bring
spouse after marriage. However, it certainly signifies the path towards permanent settlement
which is also called long term migration and thus for anti-0migration it is crucial for them to
prevent the same. While, for migrants and their supporters it is crucial feature to provide right ot
family life as they are living in foreign country (Ratha, Eigen-Zucchi and Plaza, 2016). However,
here methodology that is being applied to social construction in order to assess the social
problem and assess that British government have a long history of constructing family migration
as a problem and try to overcome it so that success can be attained. While, in order to overcome
the issue of family migration in UK, government introduces an effective legislation which means
minimum income is required for residing in the country and does not depend on the country for
their regular expenses.
Here, Ginsburg argues that migration is considered as one of the main social issue and
therefore, it needs to undertake effective policies and practices so that immigration does not
affect the people within the country. Author also argues that analysing new labour's social
exclusion policies and thus it helps in alleviating poverty. Here, social problem also affects the
social construction from varied number of different perspectives and thus it helps in creating
assumptions regarding the role of workers. Therefore, author also argues that immigration is
concerned as the relevant issue and therefore, it influences the policies and practices that results
in influencing the operations of individual within country. Here, government aims to undertake
strict actions against the same and make effective policies so that it does not affect the people
visiting country. Author also argues that government aims to undertake effective actions which
results into improving the performance of individual through raising migration of one person
from one place to another (Ratha, Eigen-Zucchi and Plaza, 2016).
Further, family separation assesses that the consequences of harsh migration rules
sometimes obtain effective construction of media and thus in such case it carries out effective
separation is considered as one of the main factor that is affected due to migration rules made by
countries. Therefore, it is essential for government to make strict control on actions so that
proper paper work needs to be accomplished so that it does not affect individual (Burrell, 2016).
However, author argues that changes are required to be introduced within immigration law which

means that someone wishes to come to UK and thus their partners requires savings of at least
Pound 18600 and they does not have the same money. Therefore, such law affects the family and
thus they need to improve their policies so that it does not affect business operations.
As per the view of Geddes and Scholten (2016), migration influences that the main
strengths and weaknesses of such chapter addresses that it helps in bringing together the
viewpoints that are interconnected to each other and thus attain proper results. It also evaluates
that government is in effect and trying to prevent the permanent settlement of families of modest
means. However, family migration also lies at the heart of certain social construction of
migration which is considered as the issue and thus identifying the same in regard to use proper
resources. While, the government also focuses upon implementing permanent settlement
challenges and thus only improve modest economic resources so that it does not impact upon
individual. However, Lutz (2016), argued that it is also crucial for government to take strict
actions against migration of workers and therefore, they need to adopt effective practice which
results in improving migration measures.
