INTRODUCTION
Poverty can be describes that state or condition in which community lacks in financial
resource. This is one of the crucial issues in most of the countries and this has impact on
economic condition of the nation (Garthwaite, Collins and Bambra, 2015). This report is
based on UK nation and it is report it has been describe that there is no poverty in UK.
Different reason for no poverty is UK has been analysed properly.
MAIN BODY
Poverty is a condition in which individual or community people are not able to get
essential products for living. In this state the income level form employment is very low and
person is not able to full fill basic human needs. Poverty stricken individual and families does
not have proper housing, food, water and medicine facilities. UK is one of the strongest
country is the world and its GDP rates are continuously increasing. This can be consider as
the main reason for no poverty in UK.

In the first quarter of year 2019 GDP rates of UK has been increase by 0.5 %
(Economic update: Stability and vulnerability, 2020). There are various sectors that has
support in overall growth and development of UK market area. Main sector of economy
growth in UK is service sector which is increased by 0.3 % , Manufacturing sector is
developed by 2.2 % and construction sector has growth of 1. 0 %. High economic condition
of country will be beneficial for its citizens. Due to high economic growth rate and increase
in GDP of UK nation it leads to have direct impact of poverty rate of respective country
(Knight, O'Connell and Brannen, 2018). This will support in providing opportunity in order
to reduce and minimize poverty from nation.

Employment is the source of income for most of the citizen and lack income lead to
increase in poverty. As per the data shown above it can be determine that UK country has
high employment rates. There are large number of companies which is providing occupation
and employment to individual. This helps in increase the rate of employment as well as
decreasing unemployment rare. Due to employment and source of income an individual is
able to purchase better and high quality products. Citizen of UK are able to buy necessary
items and commodity for themselves and their family. Employment increase the income of

individual and they can purchase health foods, water, housing and other facilities. This will
lead to increase the standard of nation and reduce poverty.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been determined that poverty is major issues in the
world and it is important for ration to work in reducing poverty. This will lead to have impact
on living standard of citizen and affect economic system. It is responsibility of government of
nation to work effectively in order to reduce or minimize poverty from nation as well as
provide better life to its citizens.
