AI Summary
This report reflects on a research project focused on climate change challenges in the United Kingdom, utilizing Gibbs' Reflective Cycle to analyze the experience. The research involved identifying and analyzing the negative impacts of climate change on UK organizations, using secondary data from sources like the Office of National Statistics. The reflection covers the individual's feelings, evaluation, and analysis of the research process, highlighting the development of skills in data visualization and quantitative analysis. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of learning from experience and identifies areas for improvement, such as writing and communication skills, to enhance future research endeavors. The report also outlines an action plan for developing these skills and improving time management for similar projects. Desklib provides access to this and many other solved assignments.

INTRODUCTION
This report aims to analyse reflection so that an individual is able to learn from their
own experience. It is a reflection of research which is based on climate change as it becomes
a challenge for the United Kingdom in today's environment. This reflection will cover the
reflective cycle which is Gibbs reflective cycle model that helps to analyse the reflection in
an effective way (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). The reflection is about research in
which the UK is facing issues of the climate challenge. This reflection will cover the
experience of an individual which include the issues and challenges as well as development
of skills.
MAIN BODY
Gibb’s Reflective cycle
Gibbs reflective cycle is defined as the model which examines the experience in the
cycle at home and provides the ability to learn and plan from the experience. It includes six
important stages which are description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, and conclusion and
action plan. This reflection provides a full description to the individual so that they are able to
identify the improvement areas and learn from the experience. This reflection is based on a
research project in which an individual needs to identify and analyse the climate change issue
in the United Kingdom. It includes the evidence that how an individual development used
important skills in the research practice. This will understand with the help of reflection
model stages:
The description is found in the first and foremost stage of Gibbs's reflective cycle
(Sekarwinahyu and et.al., 2019). It includes the description of the experience which provide
an overall description of the situation in detail. There was a research project assigned to me in
which I need to identify and analyse the issue faced by organisations in the United Kingdom.
I was a target to analyse the negative impact of climate change which makes pressure on the
organisation to transform their business activities accordingly. I used the secondary data
collection method which helps me to provide a literature review for this topic. I also used the
dataset used from the office of national statistics website. I also included the quantitative and
listens of the data set and visualise data in an effective way so that I will be able to draw
some findings from quantitative analysis.

Feelings: It is the second stage in which I sell that the research was very important for
me as I go to know much important information. Before this research, I had no knowledge
that what is going on in the business environment as even climate change is also providing an
impact on organisation activities. I thought that how climate changes providing a negative
impact on organisation but after conducting this research I got to know that it increases
pressurizing on an organisation that they need to transform their business operations. This
will result in a reduction of carbon dioxide in the environment. It is necessary for every
organisation that they should take corrective actions for minimising the negative impact of
climate change. One important thing which I got to know with the help of this research
project is that the UK has decided to neutralize the environment. I thought that it is necessary
to consider by each and every organisation and should align with the strategic goals and
objectives.
Evaluation: It is evaluated that the research was so much learning for me. I am able
to in enhance various aspects that were not known to me. It is important to be focused and
dedicated at the time of completing a project. Each and every task force new form me and I
was focused to complete it. By regularly working on each and every task I was able to
complete the same on time. Visualisation of data was one of the important part of the
research. I carried research in effective manners so that proper details can be gathered
regarding the research topic. It has to present the information in more proper manner. There
were certain problems that took place and with my hard work I was able to overcome them
effectively.
Analysis: It is being analysed that there is need of proper knowledge tools in
techniques that help to carry on the research. It helps to carry on the work effectively and
attain success. Overall there was need of support from mentor and teachers that help me to
complete this research. The use of writing skills helps to write the research report in effective
manner. I need to enhance my communication skills as well so that I am able to present the
report effectively.
Conclusion: It is concluded that after completing this research I am able to
understand the impact of climate change. I am able to understand the topic effectively and
will be able to remember the information. By working hard, I was able to manage the overall
work effectively. There is need of carrying the research with proper quantitative research
tools and this will help me in future as well.

Action Plan: It is necessary to take appropriate actions in order to enhance the quality
of research. I will work on writing skills and communication skills so that I will be able to
carry on similar projects effectively in future. The important task is to enhance time
management skills to complete similar projects effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that it is important to learn from experience.
There is need of being effective at each and every stage as it enhances the knowledge of
individual. This report helped me to enhance my research skills and knowledge regarding
climate change.
