different types of organisations which works to achieve goals and objectives such as
earning profits, social service. Business environment refers to external environment of
enterprise which affects operational activities in either positive or negative way (Bah and
Fang, 2015). It is responsibility of managers to analyse external market and corrective
measure has to be taken. This essay is based on retail Supermarket of UK. This essay
highlights on different types, size and scope of organisations, interrelationship among
different department of organisation and its relation to organisational structure. Apart
from this it also highlights positive and negative impact of business environment on
business operations and lastly strength and weaknesses to external business factors.
