various problem for the company in order to operate their business. Maintaining well-being of
employees is one of the issues that every organisation faced which affects their overall
performance of their business (Laker and Roulet, 2021). This makes company in order to
concern health and safety of their employees in order to operate their business smoothly.
Employee well-being is concern with the topic which helps company to optimise the health of
their employees in better manner. The following is preparing for Tesco which is multinational

need to focus on safeguarding their employees so, they perform their task in better manner and
help company to achieve their organisational goals. In retail sector of UK, many employees are
working which makes company to focus on the health and well-being of their employees so they
perform their task ion better manner.
As per the opinion of Berbekova and Uysal (2021), the well-being of employees are not
limited to the physical heath. There many other factors determine overall functioning of an
individual. In toady's world, health and well-being of employee are the first priority of every
employers as it helps in boosting the productivity of employees, reducing burnout, improving
workplace culture as well as provides many other benefits to them.
