INTRODUCTION
The teenager pregnancy is defined as a pregnancy of a women who is getting pregnant in
the age of 20 or age of below. As per this, they are usually refers to the age which is comes under
the age of 15 to 19 and this can be create number of complication. They are also associated with
the age of young as 10. this is also called as teen pregnancy or termed as adolescent pregnancy.
In the term of UK, the teen birth rate and their number of birth are enhance in rapid mode which
is continuously increasing now day. This all are aspect which is usually taking into the
consideration that in 2018, there are number of infant birth rate are increase approximately
180,000 and this infant are born from the teen mother which is lies in the age f 15 to 19 year old.
As per the current survey this is well analyse that the birth rate from the mother which is teen in
age is fallen up to the 70 percent. Even through all there are higher share of American teen are
get pregnant than girl and they are used to develop various section of countries. There is also a
Non-Hispanic black girl which is native American girls and they are seen better than the
compared to the girl which is associated from the Asian American girl. This report cover the
teenage pregnancy within the country UK (Ara and et. al., 2017).

Between the age of 1993 and 2018, there are various of pregnancy are going on which is
act under 18 conception rate within the selected country such as London and England. There are
decrease in the rate of by 60 percent from the 42 percent per 1000 women to 17 per 1000
women. There are various rate of decline in nature and can cause to accelerate at 2007. the
teenage pregnancy is rapidly going in England the people are unaware of that and the
government used to make new strategies and plan to adopt baseline and control the teenage
pregnancy (Smith and et. al., 2018). There main aim to control the teen pregnancy or under 18
conception which is by rate of 2010. as per this the baseline which is effective are 46.6 percent
on per 1000 women. There are number of evidence which create the systematic approach which
is create the contraceptive service. This help to success the many of rural areas and local areas.
There are national target which is not achieved by it and this can not be complete success and the
under 18 conception rate has been continuously fallen and at the end of this strategies. The under
18 conception rate has been decreased for the year of 11 years which is form of running. In 2018,
there are various women who is under age of 18 in UK and they are equating to 17 conception

per 1000 women. This was a 6 percent decrease in the comparison with 2017 and this can cause
the 60 percent decrease which is compared in 2007. There are various factor which is used to
explain the reduction that is under 18 conception include different programme that help to

this the stigma is associated with this can be cause the teenage pregnancy (Liputo and et. al.,
2021).
In context with this, in 2019 there is decrease in the under 18 conception which is done
by the result of an abortion. This can cause the highest percentage in over 25 years. There is an
recommendation which is need to prevented by the unwanted pregnancy through providing
people by proper sex education for the young people. They used to promote effectively of
number of conception and contraceptive pills to eradicate the issue of teenage pregnancy. This
also help to improve the sexual and reproductive health services which is usually help to suggest
this issue.
As per all the under-18 conception rate per 1000 population (Stroman and et. al., 2020).
There are numerator unit which is used by conception of in all the women which is comes under
the age which is 18 age. There are denominator where the total number of population which is
comes under the age of 15 to 17. as per all the office for national statistics (ONS) which is used
to compiled by combining information from the birth registration and abortion notification and
this overall statistics include the number of pregnancies. This indicate that there are one or more

which hold the fallen rate (Okine and et. al., 2020).
Only about the 5 percent of under 18 conception for the girl which is age under 15 and
also include the younger age which is lies in the group which is based on the population that used
to mislead the results and produce the authenticate outcomes. As per this, the age which is lies
between 16 to 18 years age group is effectively treated as the population at risk. This all are

to improper sex education this will create hindrance in the policy which is regulated by authority.
