devices and computers which forms important part in this modern world. The present report is
formulating research proposal on benefits of information and communication technology on
consumer decision making in travel and tourism sector of United Kingdom. This will be stating
full research project on basis of Chillisauce Limited which is and event management
organisation. In the same series, it will articulate about implementation of research project with

Chillisauce Ltd is an event agency company which is very well known with its capability
for building unique and complex itinerary and to incredible easy with perspective of groups of
people for booking memorable events and activity in rich weekends. It was formed back 2000
which is trading through humble premises in SW London. This organization has 100+ employees
and comprises internet travel industry. In the similar aspect, it had gained expertise in various
types of experience which includes stag and hen parties, corporate events, product launch and

Background of study
Travel and tourism industry plays very crucial role in United Kingdom as it has
