economy in country to large extent. This sector in important aspects of contribution in
government funds collected from various taxation and other means from tourism division. After
facing financial crisis in 2008, UK country has shown higher growth in this sector (Moutinho,
2011). People are engaged in spending their salary in leisure time. This industry is focusing upon
increasing quality of service by providing luxurious services to tourist in order to enhance their
satisfaction level.
TUI is the company engaged in delivering its services to tourism industry. This firm is
involved in developing total quality product to customer of venture in order to increase
satisfaction level of consumer which leads to increased loyalty with brand. This assignment deals
with the historical development of tourism sector in UK and analyses various factors that
influence its profitability.

from the political instability. There are various countries which are faces some consequences
for political change:

private plots in 1960s, Deng Xiaoping, who taken taken gradual market reforms that get rid of
the gathering and the socialistic companies of Mao and then exchange them with the system of
free market. Deng's regenerate broadly for the improvement in the living standard of people of
China and also works on improving the economy of China. From this, China country is one of
the largest developing and economy in all over the world.
From the last few years, tourism industry in China country has been highly expanded.
China is one of the most hottest autowound and most watched tourism sector. This country will
the highest tourist country and there is many tourist came for seeing the wonderful destinations
or attractive places. In this country, the travel and tourism is fastest growing industry.

In tourism of Iran, the majority of many tourists to Iran country have been
business people and religious. In this country there are some issues and problems are generating
and disregard to international stress, government of Iran continues the project to establishment

communication, employees training, infrastructure. In recently, this country earned from this

issues and problems.

Tourism demand means the ability and willingness of visitors to purchasing various
amounts of goods and services related to tourism at different costs during the specific period of
time. There are some internal and external factors which influencing the demand of tourism. In
internal factors includes employees, customers, suppliers.
Employees- They are the main part of a business organisation. They plays important role
in business operations. Employees provide customer service to their customers and tourists. To
increase their skills and knowledge, TUI Group provides training and development programme
to their employees or workers, from this they will provide good and satisfactory services to their
customers (Surugiu and Surugiu, 2013). If company did not provide training then employees will
not serve better to their customers and then they will dissatisfied and switch company and it will
influence on demand.
Customers- Customers plays an important role in business productivity and its operation.
It is the responsibility of company is to provide better quality of products and services to its
customers. If company does not behave properly with customers and tourists will come again
on travel and tourism sector. This business firm, can change in its quality by adopting and by
using the latest technology.
Suppliers- It is a main source to supply raw material. If suppliers will not supply raw
materials on time and on high cost then it will affect on production process and from this
business firm will get late in providing services and goods to its customers (Standing, Tang-Taye
and Boyer, 2014). So, to remove impact it is necessary to choose or to select best supplier who
supply raw materials on proper time and on reasonable price.

employed people of local community and also in retail and transportation sector. When the local
people invest their money or wages on various products or services, then they want to know
about the multiplier effect for introducing more number of jobs. In economic factor, this travel
and tourism sector gives some opportunities to growing for small scale business firms which is
necessary for rural areas, to develops additional tax revenue like for instance taxes of hotels and
airports.
Negative- The successful tourism industry relies on situating infrastructure like
hotels, roads and many tourist centres (Ghimire, 2013). The job which are given to local people
are on seasonal basis and paid low salary to them. The money which are created by tourism
industry does not give benefit to local society.

customers will get attracted.
Technology- To make changes or to improvement in product and in manufacturing
