adapt various changing conditions and adapt new technical updates, skills, abilities for
grasping stability and aids in shaping lives. As many organisations and firms preform
and indulge in various working practices which are being followed by various
departments in UK order to grasp the desired objectives these generally include flexible
working conditions, fair employment practices being followed by various retail
companies, also managing adverse workplace belonging from the various cultural
backgrounds and beliefs systems (Brune, 2019). Working into various companies are

company, over work burden and work pressure creates stressful situations and
environment. also, poor pay, job insecurities impact individuals’ productivity and leads to
loss of potential employees working for company. Various factors which mainly affect
the phycological state of an individual includes discrimination at workplace, stress level
in jobs, workplace violence, health injuries and safety concerns (Lim, 2019). As working
in the world shapes and provide stability for grasping various opportunities for
developing career into dynamic working conditions. Common work-related stress mainly
comprises job insecurity, workload issues, various conflicts will increase individuals
absenteeism for working into stressful conditions. Also discrimination at work will hinder
individuals working possessors. Further various workplace injures arising while working
into different departments will discourage employees in many companies for working
positively in to many companies (Mokyr, 2018). Also, various workplace retrenchment
and unemployment causes stress full situations for working employees in an

Industrial revolution is being defined as the adopting new ways of working by
using various machines, techniques for increasing the productions of various products
and services which helps in increasing the growth of economy as a whole. The
production methods were changed by hand to machine based for producing various
goods and services in factories. There was relied on development took place while
developing the industries which provides standard for living. Also, the banks have
improved industrial financing options and infrastructure demand for funding have
increased with the revolution. as various use of energy sources have increased of fuels,
electricity and engines (More and et.al., 2020). Various movements on transportation
have been introduced with communication, radios, auto mobiles as technical changes
had aims in improving the production processes and made easier for producing goods
and services.
Working practices before industrial revolution as there was high unemployment
before the industrial revolution for this the labourers were forced for finding work for the
employment. Moreover, the labour wages was so low and working practices of them
has being imposed or doing more work at fewer wages. Furthermore, most of the
labourers have worked for 12 to 16 hours per day and were not given additional
bonuses and wages for the paid holidays but have imposed for working for six days a
week. Moreover, there were not safe working conditions as security being given to the
labourers while working into lightening and cold temperatures also in very high
temperatures. Also, the Labourer have not been given the free time while working and

child labourers was increased for working and earning the living, as small children were
forced to work for the coal mines and were beaten generously for not working up-to the
mark (Wahyuni, 2020). Also, the young women were furled to work during the
pregnancy times which have caused lot of deaths during child birth. When the labourer
was sometimes unable to work at the desired job were stopped given wages as they
were abandoned from the jobs and did not get any compensation for the injures also for
the working hurdles. as working before industrial revolution has not allowed to talk while
working also they were not allowed to help for harvesting in the family when the
Labourer have been employed for working in different areas. Furthermore, individuals
had lack of rights been exercised by many individuals before industrial revolution. The
workplaces for working for Labourers was very dangerous which often leads to suffers
from many injuries.
By applying feminism theory, this helps in understating equality between men
and women while working. the core concept of this theory emphasises on equality

relieving the terrible conditions for surviving to fight for the competed life during
industrialisation the middles class leads to lived for the comfortable life as the
managers, accountant have emerged to migrate from the urban countries in order to
take advantage of leading industrialisation which has helped in living and overcoming
from the terrible living conditions being faced before industrial revolution.
After industrial revolution working practices have changes in industries and doing
businesses with individuals along conditions have been raised for working of individuals
as many factories which are engaged in mines and coals have death with various
measures which have reduced the diseases being caused by explosions which hinders
the workplace. Also, the labourers have been reduced for working into different and
unsafe condition. With the revolution many laws have been emerged for working into
safer conditions and reducing labour working hours also giving adequate wage rate to
Labourers, which aids in providing better Woking conditions to individuals for working
into safe and secure environment. Major change with the industrial revolution have been
arise for working into factories with machines which has reduced the working burden on
labourers and workers. Also, production of good have been increased by using various

has leading prices the form of politics. Also, various economic and social changes have
emerged as the economic shift of power in state of politics will lead towards growth for
cities with introducing new patterns for transforming cultures. The industrial revolution
has improved the level of employment opportunities for working into factory for an
individual (Wong, 2019). With the increased of wealth, producing of various good from
factories and providing standard of living to various individuals leads t healthy living and
better facilities for improving lives also education facilities ave been increased for
children's after revolutions.
Later with revolution the various working practices have been adopted by various

Covid and Brexit has affected various companies. For co-operating with this change in
the environment the working practice being adopted to overcome the uncertainty of
Covid pandemic was working from home. This practice aims at providing facilities for
serving services to many individuals form home which have impacted the productivity of
companies of UK. Woking at age scale. As the employee tangent in working under
industries was restricted by working from home, also the practical knowledges gained
by various employees was limited to work from home. For example Tesco company has
adopted this practice due to increase the diseases of Covid which has resulted in
deaths and surfed by many individuals. As it has been adopted in order to minimise the
hazards to employees for working into stores of supermarkets by company. This
practice aids in providing flexible working conditions employees by working at home.
As with Maslow hierarchy needs theory helps in addressing all needs and wants
of workers and various individuals. Mainly it comprises of fulfilling basic needs of
workers and females working into factories by providing shelter, food, necessary
clothing. Also, with addressing safety needs of women and men by providing safety to
children’s and better working conditions. This helps in efficiently working before and
during revolution. furthermore, by fulfilling the love and belonging needs as for
supporting workers and individuals emotionally and mentally helps in motivating
individuals for better working (Fallatah and Syed, 2018). Also respecting various
individuals helps in efficiently contributing for greater performance in factories and
companies by various personnel. moreover, appraising individuals for performing extra
work and paying extra for contributing extra efforts helps in encouraging individuals.

increasing the innovation techniques which aids in motivating individual for working into
better and using innovative way for producing goods and providing services to individual

calculators, proper electric light bulbs, which aid in supplying better housing facilitates to
various individuals. With the industrial revolution variolous raining opportunities is being
adopted by industries in order to make competent and capable employees for working
with various equipment’s and dynamic working conditions. As various on the job and off
the job training facilitates is being given to various employees which aids developing
skilled workforce for working positively in the companies or various firms in the counties.
