INTRODUCTION
Change is an essential element for growth in organisations of every industry. Change in
business context focuses on improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficient
operation management. In today's competitor era it managing and leading change has become
crucial part of improvement. Political, economic, technological, competitor and environmental
factor drive change in workplace.
This study describes “the way environment force company to bring changes”. Study also

CAPTIFY is situated in London. It is known for its Search Intelligence which is work on unique

Captify and Hunter MacDonald both companies belong to same industry i.e. information
technology. Hence, they respond broadly in same manner. But for their organisational context,
they adopt different approaches to deal with change. IT industry is highly sensitive to new
technology, Political factor, competitor policy and legal changes at macro level. these factor are
same for both. But at internal level it is affected by Brand value of service, uniqueness of
software, partner's profile and customer profile. For instance Hunter McDonald is at forefront on
rendering unmatched cyber security software to its customer. And Captify is leader in providing
smart searching experience to its customer. In such case, Hunter McDonald will get affected by
changes come under cyber security changes. And captify only impacted by updates come in
searching technology. These approaches are given below:
Clearly define business objective
The Hunter MacDonald company is setting its goal by delivering projects and services to drive
real innovation and bring positive changes in their services. In other hand Captify is setting its
objectives with the focus on revealing world trends and brands advertising by their internet
