A Report on UKCBC's Student Experience and Satisfaction Survey

This presentation and report, prepared for the management department of UKCBC, assesses student satisfaction levels using primary and secondary data. INTRODUCTION
This presentation will provide information to the
management department of UK CBC regarding
the extent to which students are satisfied.
Besides this, it will also present the findings of
primary and secondary data investigation in a
highly structured manner.
Further, such report helps in college institution in
taking significant action or measure that will aid
in the growth and success of firm.

METHODOLOGY
To gather information about students experience and
satisfaction level data has been collected by the
researcher via primary and secondary sources.
Hence, by using online survey methodology primary
data investigation has been conducted by the
researcher.
Along with this, books, journals and scholarly articles
are also evaluated by the researcher for gaining deeper
insight about the factors that have impact on student’s
choices.

Further, simple random sampling technique
has been used by the researcher to determine
suitable sample for investigation.
Further, statistical technique has been used by
the researcher to evaluate and analyze data.
In addition to this thematic analysis technique
has also been used by the scholar to present
outcome of survey.

FINDINGS
• From primary data analysis, it has been found that students rated
educational facilities of UK CBC as better.
• Further, it has been identified that teachers of UK CBC are highly
supportive and offers better guidance to the students.
• This aspect shows that overall environment of college institution is
good. Overall evaluation presents that UK CBC has developed high
level of satisfaction among the students by offering better education.
• Secondary data evaluation presents that satisfaction level of students are
highly influenced from the grades attained in examination.
• The reason behind this career growth and employment opportunities of
individuals are highly based on the marks generated in examination.

CONCLUSION
On the summing of presentation, it has been presented that
both satisfaction and grades attained by students are highly
associated with each other. It shows that increase or
decrease in one aspect has high level of impact on another.
Hence, it is recommended to UK CBC to place high level of
emphasis on revision practices and modules. By doing this,
both students and teachers can assess the area of studies
which requires improvement.
In this way, by taking timely action UK CBC can enhance
achievement grade and thereby satisfaction level of
students.
