Our two non-standard entry routes are detailed below. Please ensure that you fit one of the two routes
before completing the form. All applications for non-standard entry must be accompanied by a full CV
and two professional references. A guide to how references should be provided is contained at the
end of this document.
ROUTE A:
• You possess an undergraduate degree with a grade below that of a 2:2 (3rd or Ordinary);
AND EITHER
• A professional qualification at level 6 or above from a business professional body, e.g. CIM, CMI,
ACCA, CIMA, CIPD, etc.
OR
• At least two years of proven professional work experience with two professional references;

Self-management is very important in order to display one’s hold over professional capacity and I
duly acknowledge this fact as I have displayed the means to have proper time management along
with professional flexibility. I overseeing my daily tasks done on time and also manage hiring,
training and evaluation of staff member. Although I achieved numerous promotions into the roles
of progressive responsibility and I bring all round capability within the workplace and ability to
identify and implements which helps to enhance the productivity, engage employees and
transform customer’s experiences. I also ensure that I am able to maintain proper health and
safety standards in my working environment and I have an excellent time management skill which
I learn in hotel manager operation’s. For example- when I am doing job in hotel I ensuring that I
am able to maintain discipline and health and safety standards which is require in hotel industry,
although I always try to develop my skills and knowledge which helps me to supervise myself and
assist me maintain self- management.

Communication & Team Working:

I am a General manager in Deluxe travel agency, so I having a strong leadership and
communication skills which helps me to train, guide and mentor my staff. Along with I attention in
detail with high levels of successful communication and using internal mobile to communicate
within the hotels. I managed many team projects and execute this project under-budgets within the
strict deadlines. Although me and my team members conduct the market campaigns and I
coordinating and directing them, we use social media strategies to promote their brand. Although I
use multiple languages to doing effective communication with my staff. For example, I am good in
communication skills and I always try to improve more, so that I am able to doing effective
communication. I am using internal mobile communication within the hotel. Along with I am having
good leadership quality and ability to successfully train and guide my team members. I mange
many project and campaigns during the time of job.

Business and Consumer Awareness:
Please provide evidence of your basic understanding of the key drivers for business success including
the importance of innovation and taking calculated risks, and the need to provide customer
satisfaction and build customer loyalty.

I have one-year experience in hotel industry, so I ensure that customer is satisfied with their
service, we using opera system to update their room status according to customer taste and
preferences. I worked with my team members to deliver the effective customers services
strategies. I am good influencer and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have an
excellent track record of service improvement and incremental revenue generation in every role.
Before doing any work I make proper strategy, so that I am able to done my project on time and I
determine the financial, staffing, material and other short – term and long- term needs. For
example- when I am general manger in Deluxe travel agency I always try that I achieve my target
on time effectively and efficiently. Along with I always focused that I am able to satisfied customer
needs. Because I know customised customers experience helps to build the brand loyalty. One
day my one customer is angry because of late service, but I manage this situation perfectly and
customer are also satisfied.

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:

I can manage my work effectively and I am able to take good decisions because of my critical
thinking. Although during time of job I need to manage different customer in different situation, that
why I am good in problem solving. Before doing any work I make proper strategic planning so that
I am able to done my work on time. I manage many team and develop my leadership skills and I
make effective dictions in tough situation and also ask opinion of my team members to take batter
dictions. For example – I am able to take good decision in tough situation, I am dealing with
correspondence, complaints and quarries. Although I organize company events and conferences
and face lots of problem but I manage my work and solve the problem effectively.

Application of numeracy:
Please provide evidence of your experience in the manipulation of numbers, general mathematical
awareness and its application in practical contexts (e.g. measuring, weighing, estimating and
applying formulae).

I done my work effectively and efficiently, I handling budgets and maintain the statistical and
financial records of my company which include travel accounts of corporate clients. I doing job in
tire project company as a project manager where I monitored the costs, timescales and resources
which is used to achieve the project success. Along with I also controlled the expenses for
improving the resources allocation which help to improved efficiency and cost control. Although I
tracked the cost and expenses of the project for analysing the original budget and strengthening
the internal costs control. For example, I am project manager in The Tire project company and I
manage many technical projects and complete on time, although I tracked costs and expenses for
analysis against the original budged, strengthening internal cost controls. Along with I coordinating
contracts activities to execute thee projects under- budget within the strict deadlines.

Application of IT:
Please provide evidence of your basic IT Skills, including familiarity with word processing,
spreadsheets, file management and use of internet search engines.

I managed many files and project in my previous job and also handle employee paperwork and
files, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence and designing the filing systems. I am good in
presentation and I present my work innovatively and creative manner, along with overseeing the
work of contractors and give some opinion to reduce their cost. Along with I have an interest in
graphic design and blog writing and I use this skill in my workplace to present myself. I have an
award winning business degree and well qualified general manger and ability to analyse the
problems. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and skilled in website
troubleshooting for example when I am doing job as a project mange r and office manager I need
to make presentation to represent my work and my senior always appreciate me. Because present
my work creatively.

Entrepreneurship/enterprise:
Please provide evidence of your ability to demonstrate an innovative approach, creativity,
collaboration and risk taking.

I am not afraid to face problem; I use critical thinking to solve the problem and educated the
general contractors on quality control to evaluate on-site standards. I am risk taker and I always try
to doing some innovative and creative to develop my skills. Along with I push myself to improve my
knowledge and experience, that’s why I change my job to gain experience and learn new things.
Now I have an enough knowledge of current positions of market and taste and preferences of the
customer. Along with I am multitasker I can manage my work my own but still I am comfortable in
team work. For example, I am not afraid to face problem or take risk, I change many jobs to learn
new skills and develop my knowledge, so that I am able to analyse the current market situation.
