Our two non-standard entry routes are detailed below. Please ensure that you fit one of the two routes
before completing the form. All applications for non-standard entry must be accompanied by a full CV
and two professional references. A guide to how references should be provided is contained at the
end of this document.
ROUTE A:
You possess an undergraduate degree with a grade below that of a 2:2 (3rd or Ordinary);
AND EITHER
A professional qualification at level 6 or above from a business professional body, e.g. CIM, CMI,
ACCA, CIMA, CIPD, etc.
OR
At least two years of proven professional work experience with two professional references;

I am a General manager in Deluxe travel agency, so I having a strong leadership and
communication skills which helps me to train, guide and mentor my staff. Along with I attention in
detail with high levels of successful communication and using internal mobile to communicate
within the hotels. I managed many team projects and execute this project under-budgets within the
strict deadlines. Although me and my team members conduct the market campaigns and I
coordinating and directing them, we use social media strategies to promote their brand. Although I
use multiple languages to doing effective communication with my staff. For example, I am good in
communication skills and I always try to improve more, so that I am able to doing effective
communication. I am using internal mobile communication within the hotel. Along with I am having
good leadership quality and ability to successfully train and guide my team members. I mange
many project and campaigns during the time of job.

day my one customer is angry because of late service, but I manage this situation perfectly and

tire project company as a project manager where I monitored the costs, timescales and resources
which is used to achieve the project success. Along with I also controlled the expenses for
improving the resources allocation which help to improved efficiency and cost control. Although I
tracked the cost and expenses of the project for analysing the original budget and strengthening
the internal costs control. For example, I am project manager in The Tire project company and I
manage many technical projects and complete on time, although I tracked costs and expenses for
