Introduction
The following report has been based on the simulating experience of the experience of
HR manager and his team in different situations while carrying out the business operations of
the company. The use of the different types of the sustainable business measures and the
appointment of the best persons in the realm of the organizational departments is key to the
success of the business in the market. One of the most primary tasks of the business is to
apply the best strategies in the market and gain the success of the market in a proper manner.
The reflective journal has presented a proper and clear picture of the constantly changing
business workforce and the changes in the workplace of the business. The change in the
business workplace and the technological challenges of the business has led to a number of
disruptive business innovations. The assignment has started off with a well planned
introduction where the workforce and the people has introduced the organizational challenges
in a proper manner.
The development of the global skills and the development of the business
organizations has been possible just because of the recruitment of the proper business persons
and the recruitment of the organizational elements in a proper manner. The term people and
organizations have been described here along with all the perspectives and some themes
associated with the term. The induction of the different people in the management helps in
the build-up of the organizational structure and develops the business process in the most
efficient manner possible. The induction of the different kinds of the people in the business
unit is thus one of the most important characteristics of the business unit. The introductory
part is followed by the explanation of the organizational structure and then the discussion on
the reflection of the experience of me as an HR manager and my team in different kinds of
experiences while working in the organizations.

Organizational Structure and Themes
The organizational structure is the main discussion point of the following report
presented here. Organizational structure has been defined as something that is related to the
growth of the business which ultimately plays an active role in the growth of the business
performance. The proper shaping and structuring of the business unit is also one of the most
important elements in the success of the business. The report here has also stated that the
structure chosen by the business experts here can help determine the perspectives,
characteristics and future strategies of the business units. The workflow process and the
determination of the best strategy thus helps the management to gain a solid base in the
market. The report has presented a proper differentiation of the modern day business
organizational structure with the traditional business organizational structure. The major
difference that has been identified here is the formal and informal approach associated with
the processes. The traditional system of organizational structure used to be associated with
the former approach while the modern system involves the employees to get themselves
associated at every possible turn of events. The traditional business structures involved less
competency from the part of the employees while the modern day business structures
involves the people to be more and more professional and multi-tasking in nature. The better
the multi-tasking capabilities of a person, the better will be his chance to get on well with the
business.
There have also been major changes in the modern structure of the business from the
old traditional approach as the management of the business organizations are seen to be
opting for modern day digital transformations which has further been explained here in the
simulation process presented by my team during the undertaking of the change management

functional and matrix based business operations that have their base on the development of
the operational changes and the Entrepreneual changes of the business organizations. My
observations as an HR manager and my experience of working as the manager has helped me
to gain an experience on the application of the best strategies of involving the people and
utilizing them in the most efficient way to gain success in the business. The report has
presented my overall thinking on the key to a successful and sustainable future which is
certainly the application of a long term strategy and development of the realignment process.
The different themes of PAGO selected by me are the leadership process, the process of
change management and diversity in the workplace and especially the presence of a
diversified team in my hands. My leadership process has been defined here whereby I have
defined the situations on addressing tough challenges and making business decisions. My
experience on diversity and the application of the change management process has also been
presented in the best possible manner to enhance the scope of the report.
The different situations presented here has been rounded up by the example of my real
life examples as an HR manager. I believe that my term as the leader of the HR department
was successful just because of my capability to motivate the others and make them realize
their potential. This special ability in me helped me to address all the different problems in
the organization. On the other hand, I totally believe that the work of a manager and the work
of a leader totally differs from each other. As a leader as well as the HR Manager I have
observed a number of issues and have faced them with strong force. As said in the report my
detailed personal experience of leading a team and making all the different members which
included 2 Thais, 2 Vietnamese and 1 Nigerian. Having such a team is surely one of the most
challenging tasks as I had been through a serious time while controlling the total team. The
management of the team and the understanding of the issues was a real challenge for me. It
helped me to gain an understanding of the business in the proper manner. There were issues

like the disrespectful attitude of the members towards each other’s which showed the absence
of trust and respect. This absence of proper trust is really harmful for the organization as
because it is important for the organization to manage the different kinds of the issues in the
proper manner. I have addressed many problems to ensure the stability of a diverse team
containing different people from different backgrounds. The issues in leadership and change
management has helped me to personally address all the different problematic areas and has
helped me to gain a proper understanding of controlling teams and maintaining organizational
structure.
The report has highlighted instances where team works have failed miserably just
because my team members were less cooperative towards each other. The identification of
the issues and the measures taken by me to counter these issues has helped me to make the
report more informative and has also added to the importance of the people in the
organizational structure. However, there have been many limitations as noticed by me has
been the absence of the discussion of the other major themes which could have helped to
make the report more compact. The presentation of more real life examples especially in the
leadership theme has been one of the major drawbacks of the process. The major drawback in
these area has led to the major problem.
Recommendations
My reflective report on the issues in the inclusion of people in organization and
engaging them in diverse range of works has basically addressed the major perspectives and
aspects that has helped to define the process of the management of the business. However,
the limitations as stated in the summary part needs a number of recommendations for better
management of the diverse team and addressing the different management themes. This
includes;

a. The identification of more real life examples and putting them in front of the team as
an example of the total process
b. The selection of the real life examples helps in the identification of the problems in a
more detailed way which enhances the success of the business
c. The change processes must be identified and informed to the members of the team
and training appropriate to the system must be provided accordingly
Conclusion
The report here has identified the different kinds of the issues that are present in the
inclusion of people in the organization and its processes. The inclusion of the people in the
process and issues faced by an HR manager to manage a diversified team has helped to make
an informative content and has increased the scope of the study. The informative reflection
presented here has been an important addition that can act as a source to different future
studies related to the same kinds of the topics. The report ends with the discussion of all the
themes in the most efficient manner.
