According to Al-Okaily, Lutfi and et.al., (2020), Uncertainty avoidance is defined as the

Unstructured situations are not known and creates the unusualness in the society. There
are strict behavioural codes, disapproval of opinions and belief in absolute truth which addresses
the aspects of how the uncertainty can be avoided (Caputo, Ayoko and et.al., 2018). The

uncertain future. This ethical issues is affecting the society at large scale.
As per Bozer and Delegach, (2019), there are certain characteristics which helps in
addressing as to how effectively the level of stress in the society is being solved for the uncertain
future. The society relates to the stress for the future which describes that the people living
within the society are facing many difficulties and aspects as to how effectively and in

As denoted by Seo, Kim and et.al., (2018), the uncertainty avoidance helps in coping up
with the levels of stress which has been contained in the society and this helps in knowing the
aspects as to how the stress is being addressed at large scale. The uncertainty avoidance denotes
that people are trying to make the life predictable and controllable and these addresses the
aspects of people living under stress either over stressed or under stressed. If the people are
stressed and if they find that they are unable to control their lives, they may be tempted to stop
trying. There are certain societies which helps in addressing that how the levels of stress is
maintained by the society for the unpredictable future.
As per Hofstede's Model, there are people who belong to higher stress cultures which are
being denoted in the manner as to how they are managing their stress levels. The two countries
which are being facing the stress of uncertainty for future are being analysed as how effectively
the stress levels have been increasing and decreasing (De Meulenaer and et.al., 2018). 71% of
the individuals are facing the stress which has impacted the people living in the society and this

stress regarding the future which is unpredictable and is uncertain is known and evaluated.
