discriminate against the homosexuals or transsexuals in business?
All human beings are created by the omnipotent, God. Whether they are males or females or
homosexuals or transsexuals, it is viable that they are provided with the equal fundamental
rights. These fundamental rights not only include the right to live a free life with equal protection
of law, but it also includes that equal rights and opportunities should be granted to themin
business. Otherwise, it would be declared to be unconstitutional.
Discussion
The constitution specifically declares equal rights for the citizens. These equal rights include the
prohibition of discrimination against the transsexuals and homosexuals in the business and other
employment opportunities. The president of United States has placed a destructive approach
towards to the transgender so that the record could be maintained. The United States Office of

The labor department has passed a new directive for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance
Programs (OFCCP) staff to promote and grant the various benefits and exemptions in the
business sector it has clearly indicated that there should be prevention of discriminations of
between the straight and the transgenders. They should be given equal pay for equal work.
Protection should be granted to them in the risk factors employed in their task.
The Attorney General Jeff Session has stated that the federal government would be responsible
for taking actions against group violence and domestic assault to the transgenders while they do
their business. The requirements of the transgenders should be taken into accounts upon
reasonable basis and they should not be diversified (Capuzza& Spencer, 2017).
The bureau of prison under the department of justice has assigned directives and regulations
towards the transgender communities in the business activities when performed in the prisons. It

becomes the duty of the government to protect the homosexuals and the transsexuals because
they are very much under the citizenship of the United States (Elischberger et al., 2018).
The Administration of Justice under Donald Trump has proposed a ban upon the differentiation
upon transgender community. Looking at the plight of the conditions of the transgenders, it
becomes an immediate need to grant protection to prevent their abuse in the modern society.
They deserve to get equal opportunities in the business at every stage because this is their
fundamental right (Mendez, 2014).
Conclusion
Thus, after a close perusal of the above information stated in the assignment it can be concluded
that it is highly unconstitutional to differentiate between homosexuals and transsexuals in the
business factors and opportunities. It becomes the primary duty of the government to provide the
transgender citizens with equal opportunities and pay in the business sector. Otherwise it would
be declared as unconstitutional.
