nation has it is culture, similar to this every corporate also has it is own unique culture, which
describes it is vision, mission and policies. A corporate’s culture reflect it is image in corporate
world. It includes rules procedure and policies follow by a particular corporate (lexicon, 2018).
What does mean of Corporate Culture?
Corporate culture consist a corporate’s policies and working environment. A corporate in it is
regular course of business deals with many of the stakeholders such as employees, shareholders,
government authorities, consumers and suppliers. The manner in which a corporate behaves and
deals with it are stakeholders define it is culture. Generally corporate culture is not expressed, it
is implied instead (Whelan, 2015). Culture of a corporate depends on it is vision and mission.
The policies which a corporate created for it is employees, decide how they will react and behave
in mutual. It is also a part of corporate culture. In addition to this, the practices that a corporate
follows while dealing with it is stakeholders are also comes under area of corporate culture.
A corporate’s culture get effected by many of the factors such as marketing condition and
competitors in the same business. Often, a corporate’s culture reflects it is internal working
conditions, which includes behavior of employees towards each other, work pressure , rules and
