In today's time the most efficient and effective structure which helps in making the
growth and the development of nation is the business organisation this is the systematic
approach which helps in evaluating and managing all the productivity through which the living
standard can be managed and also the uplifting growth of the company can be rendered. Their
are different kinds of business they are like partnership, corporation, sole proprietorship and
many more. All these helps in managing the growth and the success of the company and also to
develop the skills and enactment (Gupta, Lanteigne and Heath,2020). The organisation chosen in
this essay will be Premier Inn Hotel, this is a multinational hotel covers so many branches world
wide with about 700 hotels with an accommodation of 50000 rooms. This essay will cover the
advantages and disadvantages of the hotel with the organisational couture and balance.
MAIN BODY
Their are different kind of business practises in which some being mentioned as, Sole
Proprietorship It is all such micro and small business practises which are carried by the single
individual in order to maintain the standard of living and also to raise the growth and
development. Their is being framed that in such business a single individual is the owners and all
the rights and the responsibilities are laid over them. They generate the funds either by
themselves or from the banks. It focus on managing the living standard and also to give
employment to rural areas. The advantages are like, these kind of business can be made easily
and their will not be any formality required in such businesses and lastly the profit which is
being earned by the owner will be for their own use(Jones and Talbott, 2021). The drawbacks of
all such business practises are the unlimited liability raise on the owner, investment cannot be
made on the lump-sum basis their will be limited resources and investment and management is
hectic. For an instance, Verdant leisure is a small hotel.
Other one is corporation it consider to have the legal entity in which the business owners
are considered in managing all the effective functioning. It has some advantages which are like,
liabilities on individuals carried out with general protection, the management and access is easy
to be managed. Disadvantages are like, this kind of business considers to have the efficient
management and also frames to includes all the expensive methods with the limited start-ups and

the cost;y process is underlined. Partnership is also a kind of business in which two or more
persons are involved in order to carry the functions and the activities. They mainly manage all
the business by themself and are ready to share the assets, liabilities, profits, loss by themself the
major advantages are like, it removes the burden from the one individuals, investment can be
made on large basis and the obligations which are required in it are comparatively less. The
disadvantages are like, if any of the conflict is seen that the winding up use to take place, no
autonomy power is been given to the owner. All the debts and the liabilities are covered by them
even if no fault is been made by one(Kosmajadi, 2021). For example, Fox Hill Manor is in
partnership.
Organisational Structure is the systematic management of the company in which they
try to implement and frame all the business. As Flat organisational structure considers to have
the management which is been made on the open floor. Such kind of companies which use to
adapt this structure will not have any indirect communication with their employees. All the
coordination is being made by them and the employees can communicate with their managers
directly. Their is seen that it focus ion time saving and motivating the employees with their
working strategy. Premier Inn Hotel use this structure as their will not be nay top level
management which try to make the communication. Their all the house keeping, HRM,Finance
departments are connected with the managers and they analyse and make the work to be given to
all(Wibowo and Sundermeier, 2020).
Tall organisational structure is the provided as the complex framing in which their is
hierarchical level and all the CEO and the top working management frames the work by
implementing the decision and giving the directions to different authorities. their is been seen
that in all such structure the flow of information is basically from the top level to the owner level
and they implement the work to be framed in guidance and leadership .(Symes, and Nosworthy,
2020). As in the hospitality sector they try to give all the details and the advice to different
departments as according to their working nature. The major comparison that can be seen in
both of them are like the flat is less time taking structure as the motivation and the advice are
given directly, there is wide range of working and this implements all the nature and the less
expensive process(Salamzadeh, 2021). Whereas, in tall structure there is a narrow structure and it
consumes more time and also implements to carry out the flow of information in complex
methods and means.

There are different departments in all the company and their has be seen that as in all the
organisation the work is been distributed among all they are like, House keeping department it
helps in managing all the hotels and the hospitality sector as they frame and implement all the
staff facility and also attending the guest on the regular basis by keeping the supervision and
providing the guest all the major attentiveness. Premier Inn Hotel provides a proper
management in the hotel as they keep their house keeping to be effectively managed. HR
Department is the important areas of function as it serves to provide the efficient and the skilled
staff for the company which will manage the working and also manage the gradual supervision
through there adherence. This focus on giving the training, supervision, guidance to their
employees so as to make them effectively manage the work. Premier Inn Hotel considers to
recruit a effectively talent staff who provides better communication (Loennberg, Damberg and
Revenas, 2021).
Another important department which is been analysed is the Finance as this considers to
be an important sector as all the budgets are allocated by them and there is been seen that all the
financial help and the budgets for the working and management with the salary are considered by
them. This departments helps in managing the economy and the budgets. Premier Inn Hotel
considers to have a team which allocated the budget and also try to engage in all the variable
activities through which better facilities can be given to customers(Zepeda, Derrington and
Lanoue, 2020).
Organisational culture is the surrounding and the environment of the company in which
they try to manage the work and the methods and the strategies they use in order to manage and
supervise their business structure. It helps in analysing the working culture and the motivating
fact of the employees. Some of the major impact which can be seen by approaching to the
positive culture are like, it helps in making a effective workforce with positive approach. This
provides that when the organisation culture is positive it helps in managing and maintain a
proper and effective growth and also to build motivating and communication in the employees.
Healthy teams environment as when their as a transparent communication this helps in making
the work to be fluent and easy and will also make the workforce to be positive and manageable
they will feel motivated towards the company and their working. It attract the new talents to
work as all the employees when feel confidence in their working environment they will feel
motivated and this will generated the structure to be positive and healthy(Macdonald,

skills for them.

It is concluded from the above essay that, business organisation is the management of the
company and their activities in order to generate the revenue and growth for the nation. It helps
in managing and effectively building the strong relation with all the outsourcing. Their are
different companies in which the partnership is when two or more individuals carry same
business and share the liabilities, assets and ,management together. The major advantages are
like it removes the stress and the work and and the disadvantages are like the conflicts can make
the winding up. Function of finance department is to allocate the budget and also to manage all
the funds for the company in order to make the profit. Organisational culture involves values and
ethics in their work and management.
