Working plays very important roles for surviving life. Main purpose of working is to
attain livelihood. Working in life helps in fulfilling necessities of individuals while giving
independence. People work for attaining independence and learning new skills, learnings that

company for performing work with dedication and working hard for achieving desired
objectives. Various factors which motives employees for working includes :
Learning and development : Employees are motivated in company when there are
various opportunities being granted to employees for growing and developing various skills. As
by conducting various training sessions for developing skills and various abilities in employees
for effective working and achievements of objectives. By providing various new opportunities to
