INTRODUCTION
Money is not the only reason for which the individual is willing to work. As for all the
person the major source of income is work it can also be managed in order to carry off the
livelihood and also to maintain the standard of living. This not only helpful to earn money but it
also helps to maintain a positive environment and also to gain new friends and colleagues.
People usually work because of so many treasons which can be economic problems, potential
purpose, emotional reasons, inertia and many more. The most important method through which
people can manage working is by motivation as this is the key factor and when the person is
motivated towards its working they feel positive, respected and valued. It can also make them
satisfied with the job (Baporikar, 2021). In this report there are different kind of factors that
helps in motivating the employees in work and will also cover the negative and the positive
experience faced by the employees in the jobs.
TASK
Various factors which motivate employees to work
Motivation is considered to be the initiated direction through which the the person feel
satisfied and positive towards that particular work. This is considered to be an important element
in which the social, emotional and the biological forces can be applied in their general behaviour
and techniques. It provides the general method through which the person can feel satisfied in
their daily life (Rita, and et. al., 2018). Their are so many theories through which the motivation
can be implemented in order to manage a positive approach in the individual some of which are
like:
Maslow Hierarchy of Needs Theory
This is an important five tier models through which the step by step needs and the
requirements of the person is being analysed, it covers a pyramid shaped structure in which the
hierarchy of needs is been given. In order to manage the satisfaction people tends to make the
certain needs that are needed to be achieved which are mentioned there under: Psychological needs- This is the first and the basic requirements which are been used by
the human as as includes the food, shelter, clothing, water and all the basic amenities that
are being needed so as to manage the growth. Without this the human body will not be

general needs through which the growth and the family safety is concerned. As their main
aim in this is to provide full safety to their person and also to control, order and also to
predict the requirements of the society and their belongings. As this is achieved they
move towards another target. Love and Belongings needs- This is an emotional connect need in which all the
interpersonal nature, affiliation, connectivity is being concerned as this involves all the
intimacy, trust, friendship and all the acceptance etc. this make them feel satisfied by
getting the trust and warmth from the person. When the individual gets this need they will
them focus on managing and working for another level(Ahmed, 2019). Self esteem need- In this need their involves all the dignity, achievements, trust in the
person and this also involves the status, recognition, prestige for the person. Through this
the person usually want to get more attention and power in their hands and also a reliable
status and work. After this the individual can move towards another level.
Self actualization need- This is the most important need in which the person seems to
have immense pressure and in this they are well aware about their potential and their
capabilities so through this they focus on managing and gaining the peak experience. It
makes them to work accordingly and also to fulfil all the desires that comes on that part.
Their are different factors through which the employees can be motivated towards their
work and general areas they are like: Salary- When the person gets the surplus amount of salary from the particular company,
that will automatically make them to work as in favour of them. Mostly, the person use to
work so as to mange their living and their expenses and in that case when they are able to
manage their living through implementing and generating all the ideas through which
they can standardized their living will motivate them (Gómez-Barrón and et. al., 2019).
Good pay and bonus makes the person to feel satisfied and also happy towards the
working areas, this also make them to make the work and the task that are been given to
them with proper dedication and enthusiasm.

then that company should also make some teams in which all the problems of the

Employees engagement- This involves that performance management and all the
conflicts can be removed and the employees will feel valued, positive and satisfied by the
engagement in different tasks.

It can be concluded from the above report that, motivation is important in all the
workplace areas as this makes the person to feel confident and make them to work more
efficiently. It can be seen that their are so many factors through which the employees can gain
the motivation they are like salary, promotion etc. whereas, the negative factors complies are like
toxic environment, conflicts in the workplace which can affect the working of the employees.
