For survival work is very important for an individual. Working in life plays very
significant role as it supports in making meaningful life with money, servicing others which
provides better experiences. Work is an important activity as it helps in building the personal as
well as social identity in front of people. Working in life gives an individual the independence
and better control over living. As working with different individuals helps in leaning many
things, skills, various abilities and gives various experiences which will support in future
activities. This report will provide details relating to the employee’s attitude towards work
concerning the various factors which motivates employees for working. Lastly, the positive and
negative factors which employee’s experiences as result of their job roles.

Analyzing the various factors which motivates employees for working
Employees attitude towards work are mainly concerned with the positive and negative
aspects which is related to the different phases for working in environment. These are generally
regarded as the state of mind concerning the specific attitude towards the workers, management
surroundings and the organization ( Almaamari and Alaswad, 2021). The positive attitude of the
employees will help in motivating and generates better ideas and thoughts about the workplace
as a whole. Also, the negative attitude of employees at the workplace mainly consisting of not
performing the task on time, coming late, laziness, will creates the negative environment as a
whole for working in the organization. There are various motivating factors which motivates the
employees working in the organization at the workplace:
Rewards and recognition: Rewarding employees is mainly related to providing with the
additional bonuses to employees for their better workings. The rewards generally motivate
employees for working better with enthusiasm and positive nature, this generally increases the
positivity of the work. Rewards will generally give in respect of acknowledging the employees
for their contributions for achieving the company goals. Financial Rewards among employees
makes them happier, as it boosts their morale for working better and with this it provides the
productivity in employees. Rewards concerning the financial incentives, monetary and non-
monetary benefits like health care, retirement packages. Furthermore, recognizing employees for
good work motivates them to work positively and give extra efforts towards their desired task.
Recognizing employees for their work increases the trust among the bosses (Fadhila and
Sulistiyani, 2022). These recognitions help in analyzing the employees hat their efforts for
working are noticed or not. These two gives the respect and appraise employees for their
working will highly motivate the employees and encourages them to better and efficient work
harder for the assigned job.

among the leaders and mangers for signing roles and responsibilities for performing different
