Introduction
Understanding why people work means analysis of responsibilities and roles form
employer and employee with in organization. Motivation basically refer to those steps which
are taken by top level management for encouraging employees in their work. Motivation also
helped the employees for increasing their work efficiency and productivity in work place for
long time. The report is prepared on the basis of analyzing secondary data which includes
newspaper, magazines and from other sources (Brandenberger, Hagenauer and Hascher,
2018). With help of using motivational theories company easily achieved the mission, vision
and objectives in short duration. In motivation theories Maslow's hierarchy theory is mostly
used by various organizations for increasing the increasing portfolio and also for build strong
relationship with employees in long run. This report will be covered different types of factors
which are responsible for employee motivation. Effective understanding of the job and the
work by the helped to enhance their potentiality and ability for handling any type of difficult
situations easily with or outside organization.

satisfaction level of employee internally in effective way. But extrinsic motivation means
those necessary steps which was taken by management in favor of employees and also

management for analyzing the problems of the employees properly which are facing
in workplace. It leads to enhance the loyalty of workers towards company for long

Self esteem – It is mainly related to the self respect of the employees within
organization or in society. Employees respect is also important for increasing their
interest and effort for the organization. Due to this it is necessary for management that
they must always maintain the good behavior and attitude towards lower level workers
. Because good behavior is the key element for maintaining proper coordination
between all levels of employees.
Self actualization – In this phase individual or company realize their capability for
enhancing their profit and growth easily (Kim, Bonn and Lee, 2020). In this process
