In the economy it is very important for the people to earn so that they can live an
healthy lifestyle. Every individual work to earn money so that their basic needs can
be satisfied properly. working in any profession helps in enhancing the knowledge of
the individual so that their goals can be achieved successfully. If the skills of the
individual get enhanced then it helps the providing innovative ideas to the business
so that there profit can be increased in the economy. It is essential for the individual
to choose the right profession so that they can face any issue while performing their
assign task.It is responsibility of the business to provide healthy working environment
to the employees so that their performance can be enhanced in the business. if the
employees will remain motivated towards their work then it will increase the revenue
margin of the company. In this report it will be analysed that that what are the factors
that motivate the employees and positive and negative factors which affect the
performance of the employees (Piacentini, 2019).

Motivation is basically the inner capacity of the employees Motivating the employees in
the business helps in increasing the performance of the employees in the business. if the
leader of the business will motivate their employee then it will helps in providing the
competitive advantage to the business in the market so that they can enhance the

the employees. Maslow's need theory is a hypothesis of brain science clarifying human
inspiration. The hypothesis expresses that people are spurred to satisfy their necessities

of the company in the market so that more profit can be earned in the business. Every

the pay scale of the employees will helps in enhancing the overall services of the
