that influence them to continue in their given job roles. Motivation is the aspects which helps in

analyse the positive and negative aspects which results by going specific job role and the impact

of being doing some sort of major task and feel proud what they can achieve to being a

person reach to the self actualisation stage to their full potential. The second type of motivation
is extrinsic that always focuses on the outside environment or the needs of the individual and
they are more set against the overall working for a reward in caparison to work for themselves.
