INTRODUCTION
Every member in the organization used to work and have the different behaviour of the
working. It is very important to manage and understand the individual differences as they used to
influence the feelings, thoughts and the behaviour of the employees. The current report will
outline the various factors which helps in motivating employees to do work. Further this report
will outline the positive and negative factors employees experience as a result of the job roles at
their workplace.
MAIN BODY
Describing the various factors motivates employees to work
There are various factors which used to motivate the people to do work in the
organization. By providing the motivation and encouragement helps the employees to work
greatly at their workplace (Top 10 factors that motivates employees, 2021). The various factors
motivates employees to work are as described below:
1. Appreciation for work: Recognition and appreciation is the best way to make the
employees motivated in their work. By this the employees get praise in their work
done and the efforts they have contributed to achieve the organizational goal
(Afolabi, Fernando and Bottiglieri, 2018). As in many organizations the
employees are not appreciated for their work which makes them feel demotivated
in their work and efforts.
2. Understanding attitude from management: An understanding attitude of the
employees by the management of the company is the greater task for them. By
understanding the behaviour and attitude of the makes the employees to feel
motivated in their working. The management must also make the employees
related to the work done and helps them to gain the strengths and talent in the
organization.
3. Provide Good wages: This is the another best method which helps the employees
to feel motivated while doing the work at the workplace. It has become the real
motivator for the employees as nowadays the employees are not making the
enough money to fulfil their basic needs (Aliekperova, 2018). They must
understand the value of doing the work in the organization and gain the god

wages. The organization must provide them with the challenges and opportunities
which helps them to have the fair wages.
4. Be transparent with employees: The organization must be transparent with the
employees in order to do work. By having the transparency helps the company to
motivate the employees to have good work in the organization (Sweis and et.al.,
2019). Providing the access to the data which makes the employees to feel
motivated in their working. This makes the employees to improve their areas
where they are lacking and improves the performance of the employees.
5. Provides them flexibility: By offering the employees flexibility in their work
helps them to be on track and keep motivated in their working. These can be give
by providing them bonus that helps them to meet their certain goals and
expectations. By having the flexible scheduling it helps the company to hire the
best employees. The organization must support the employees which used to
motivates them and helps them to do good work.
6. Self- Indulgence: This is the quite interesting factor and the most important
factor that must be focused by the organization. People are basically motivated for
getting something in return that is money, fame and attention. As the leader in the
organization they must be aware of employees motivation and well- intention
towards them.
7. Job security: The employees in the organization are often motivated if the
organization is providing them the job security. It is important for the company to
make the employees know about the security while doing the job. This must be
done as the employees are the valuable asset of the company.
8. Good working conditions: The organization must have the good working
conditions that helps the employees to get motivated in their working. By having
the good working conditions makes the employees to be very discipline in their
working (Cote, 2019). This will make the work done on the proper timing and
motivates the employees towards their work. Paying for extra working hours also
makes the employees to get motivation in their working.
9. Providing them training: By providing the training and development makes
them feel motivated towards their work. This enhances the productivity and

encourages the employees and make them recognized for their hard work in the
organization.
Positive and negative factors employees experience in job role
In order to work in the organization the employees used to face many difficulties and also
get some benefits in their working (Junsheng and et.al., 2020). The positive and negative factors
that the employee experience as the result of the job role is as described below:
Positive factors
1. Increases the efficiency and effectiveness at work: By providing the good
working conditions and the training programmes makes the employees to have
increase in the efficiency and effectiveness in work (Ali, Paris and Gunasekaran,,
2019). This is one of the positive factor that the employee used to have in order to
work in the organization.
2. Decreases employee turnover: This is also the best factor that the employee
experience in their job role. The organization must provide them coaching and
recommending in order to improve the working. This used to provide them new
opportunities to learn the new skills which makes them perfect.
3. Enhances productivity and job satisfaction: By having the good management in
the organization makes the employees to feel motivated in their working. This
used to manage the balance between the personal and professional life of the
person. By this the employee have the positive experience in their working and
helps in increasing the productivity.
4. Growth opportunities and skill development: The organization used to require
the unique and talented people. So the employees must work had in order to have
the positive experience in their job role (Lorincová and et.al., 2019). Providing
them growth opportunities to the employees used to feel motivated in their
working and this helps the employees to have the development of the skills. By
providing them the interesting task helps the employees to have the job related
targets and have recognition for their work.

1. Conflicts and unpleasant interpersonal interactions: This used to have the
disagreeable behaviour that is directed at the employees by work, managers,
supervisors or customers (Cheng and Yi, 2018). This is caused to do have the
ineffective communication or by having the aggressive communication in the
company. The employees used to face the difficulty as it helps in order to manage
the conflicts and have the negative experience in their job role.
2. Time- management and task related hassles: This is the another negative
experience that the employee face in their job role. By this the employees have
the difficulty in order to manage the daily tasks. This also affect the involvement
in the working and brings the unwanted and unchallenging task. This used to
affect the work of the employees and makes them dissatisfied in their working.
3. Threat to self- efficacy and performance: This used to describe the personal
difficulties and flaws that used to threaten of the individual's self- efficacy. By
this it has the negative influence for the employees behaviours, attitude and the
performance of their working.
4. Failures, interruptions and annoyances: This is the another main factor that
used to have the negative employee experience as the result of their job role. This
used to refers to the events or the conditions that used to arise from the work and
disturb the employee's routine work (Demsky and et.al., 2019). Boing interrupted
while having the task makes the employees disturbs in their working in the
organization. This makes the employees to face the failure in their working and
face the negative experience in their job role.
5. Organizational and leader related issues: This is the great negative factors
which used to affect the performance of the employees. By having the
organizational issues or having the conflicts with the leaders makes the employees
to have the negative experience in their working (Bakker and Demerouti, 2018).
These issues involves the organizational hurdles that used to have interference in
the working of the employees, working so long without having break or by
receiving the orders in order to perform the job. By this the employees get
affected in their working and have the negative experience as the result of their
job role.

From the above report it is concluded about the various factors that helps the employees
to have motivation while doing their work. This includes provides them flexibility, self-
