1.Yourself It is crucial to present positive image of
employees in company because if the person
will not do it pr act properly then they are not
going to take seriously by firm. It is also
crucial as it creates a place for the individual
within the venture and shows their
importance that they are effective for
organisation and provide their contribution
within the firm in effective manner for its
success (Jolly and et. al., 2019). It is also
crucial to gain and win the trust of other
people of firm and making growth in the
career or particular job role.
2.The organisation you work for In healthcare organisation, presenting
positive image is crucial for venture as it
assist in making development in the
productivity, profits and creating or building
and effective brand. If the firm present its
positive image, then people will trust on it
and take the benefits of the services which
are provided by it for their health. It also
assists in developing market position and
gaining competitive benefits from the market
place. By presenting optimistic image, an
establishment can win the trust of people and
