Human services are important for the businesses and its objectives. It is uniquely
approaching to the objectives of meeting human needs through the knowledge of the business
and its growth of the business (Bowen and et.al., 2018). This focus on the prevention of
remediation of problems. Human services are help to maintain and improve overall quality of the
services in organisation. Present study is based on the “national health services” it is the social
work company. This provide the free medical services to the local peoples and humans. This
considers the better and goods humans health at place of work. This is effective and maintain the
human life. Study lays emphasis on the essay of understanding the human services through
knowledge of human works. This help to make changes and development of human services as
per the policies and regulations.

customers. Each services provider to comprehensive range of health services. These principles
are help to make effective and valuable services to customers.
Human services have the profession as “social workers”. It is broadly defined the
profession in many kinds of professional all are serves peoples needs in international and local
market. It is effective and valuable for company (Carter, 2017). They provide individual and
collective well beings to develop their skills and their ability to use resources. Social workers has
the same duties for their work for develop the human resources.
Duties and responsibility of social service is help to peoples to solve their problems and
situations. They have duties by this they try to give effective and positive result of work. They
have duties to identify peoples who are need to help and effective result. It has duties to assess
clients needs, situation, strength and support to network to determine their goals. They are
responsible for develop plan to improve their local customer well being and also to other

by adjust some changes and challenges in their lives like unemployment peoples. Peoples who
they have not jobbed and they are not able to maintain their health issues. In this case NHS
provide services free medical services to peoples.
According to the (DePoy and Gitlin, 2015), social work is important and play essential
roles in human lives. It is effective and valuable for work. This is important for making good
relations with the customers and local peoples. By this management is known about the problem
of peoples which are related to their health. Health is major issues of every peoples. They plan an
essential role in many of the non medical aspects of peoples care including helping patients and
their families the medical system. Other hand as per the view of (Hemmelgarn and Glisson,
2018), social services of free medical services are important for peoples. Medical social workers
are work closely with the many families members. They want to closer with mental, emotional,
family and financial condition of peoples. Management of NHS provide free medical services to
peoples for improve their health by understanding financial issues of peoples family. In this they
provide medical services to peoples by short term counselling and therapy, communicating
patient needs and concern to the larger medical team.
Every profession has their polices and legislations to protect their business and improve
their services in the marketplace (William, 2016). Social services system is to reducing the
poverty and have direct and positive impact on families and individuals. This help to improve
their vital services like health issues, education and skill building. It is important aspects of
building an effective workforce. Policies and legislations are impact to business and their
objective are in positive and in negative way. Social worker face the policy's problem social
welfare and health law. This impact to nature of law and work (Keleher and MacDougall, 2015).
These laws say give proper and effective medical services to peoples by giving efforts.
According to this law individual receiving unemployment benefits by this they can pay for their
medical treatment but most of the peoples are not had roper money is case this law is applicable.
Labour law is also affected to business and its work by affecting the employees and team
members. In this business want peoples who are work for them. But in this business NHS give
free medical services to peoples. This impact positively business and its growth. But also in the
negative way. This affect to peoples when employees and staff members are not able to do work.
By this they not give proper treatment and services to peoples.

tom peoples by making it good and tangible effects to peoples. By this employee commitment
like they have personal interest in and commitment to the organisation. There are advantages to
employing workers. This also have downfalls like limited funding. It is the fund development
and fund raising is the great challenge for the company and its work because NHS is also
required the funds for work and provide free medical services to peoples. This also impact to
social pressure of NHS because this have their personal image at the marketplace (Nolan, Perla
and Provost, 2016). That also get downfalls from the public security. This means organisation
must make their financial statements available to the public. By this have records of work but not
in proper way.
Above study it has been effective and valuable for the work and growth of NHS. This
organisation is provided the free medical services to peoples and their local public's. This
services are effective and maintainable. This firm has the duties and responsibility to pay
services and provide services to the peoples. It is effective and important for making human
health effective and better. Overall discussion is say the free medical services are help to make
human health best and good in order to who peoples have not money for paying amount for their
good health and treatments (Qiu and et.al., 2018).

give medical services to peoples with medicines and healthy foods. By these peoples are
attracted towards the organisation and also to give their contribution to make effective brand
image at marketplace. It is best and good ways of working with social workers and its growth.
By these peoples are happy and safe with their health (Sundel and Sundel, 2017). Management
can take and make effective and valuable changes in their work like using treatment method and
technology for treatments. By this work and services are effective and plays valuable role to
improve it.

From the above study it had been concluded that the understanding the human services
has important for the work and better human lives. This has impact to business and human lives
in positive and in negative way. Social workers had been effective and efficient for the better
human lives. They have closer for the peoples like emotionally and mentally attached. It has

valuable roles to improve and develop human lives. Technology advancement helped for making
and providing effective and better treatments to peoples. Report had been covered by the
recommendations for making effective future of the human lives. It has important and good for
