studies in which both companies are affected due to change or drivers of change. This study will
explains comparison between both given companies in context of change impact on its business.
It also define drivers of change, evaluate measure to be taken to decrease negative affects of
change on OB and justify models to response organizational change. Furthermore, this study
evaluates use of Force filed analysis and leadership models to deal with change in range of
organizational contexts.
