Different leadership approaches
Situational leadership approach – This is an approach which is uses by manager and
leader of organisation where organisation adjust their leadership style to the
development of followers and influences them. In this leadership style, it is up to
leader to change their style of working not the follower who adopt the styles.
Contingency leadership approach – This is effective leadership approach
that matches leader's style to the right setting. This can help to match the
leader and situation so changes can be accepted and maintain the good
performance.

steps in this model are as follows-

Putting together a coalition- In this step, the focus is made by the leaders
to create a team in which the members are quite skilful.
