Management in every organisation plays an important role for achieving overall business
objectives. To develop potential of company, management focuses on developing innovative
process of business operations. Change is the necessary part for operating functions which

Giacom which is IT company.
Further, in this report explanation is provided on internal and external drivers which

accordance with different theories and models. Measures which are taken to minimise negative
aspects of organisational behaviour is also to studied in this report. Further, in this report analysis
is done on different barriers which influence decision making process of leaders in organisation.
Lastly, different leadership approaches which deal with change in context of organisation is also
presented in this report.
