Understanding the psychology of learning
Education philosophy statement
Teaching and learning are continuous processes in human life, and it is more prominent in the
tender age. It requires a high level of professionalism on the account that the child will carry on
with what he is taught in his entire life. Children are very emotional and teaching them requires
paying close attention to their emotions. I teach communication skills about the current state of
the world and the significant events happening at the given time. This helps the pupils to
appreciate the learning process and the activities of the world help them capture the skills fast
(Williams, Mercer, & Ryan, 2016).
Behavior management
I use the reality therapy mode of behavior management in the class setting. This mode exposes
the pupil to the consequences of the choices they make and the complications they are likely to
face later. The method is more effective than giving warnings to the pupils since they still have a
high level of curiosity of learning the new thing in life and ends up trying virtually everything
exposing them to severe risks.
My teaching style
Discussing style is my most preferred teaching style. Learning is implemented through
interaction and discussion of critical scenarios. Of course, I am the facilitator and the provider of
the material, but most of the discussion points are from the pupils. This increases their critical
thinking capacity and the ability to evaluate and solve severe conditions. It’s most effective in
the sense that; communication skills and physical education are all practical studies hence
personal (Gurung, Hackathorn, Enns, Frantz, Cacioppo, Loop, & Freeman, 2016).

Electronic material
This images explains the varios forms of learning and the requirement for successful
implementation
Comment on contemporary education
Teaching style has no fixed formula. It is, therefore, crucial to use the current world cases to
teach. This enables the pupils to learn faster and relate what they learn in class to the daily
application. There is no exception that every piece of education is meant for application in real
life environment.

Comment on raising boys
“If you have watched a family album for a boy from childhood to adulthood you will see his
raising up was not easy” this suggests that boys have been neglected all way from their
childhood.
Comment Newspaper article
Twenty years ago, Steve raised an alarm on the neglecting of the boys emotional life. He
was puzzled that by fate boys will grow to men but wondered what kind of men.
Why I became a teacher
The most oblivious reason I became a teacher is to make a difference in the pupil’s lives and be
an inspiration to them. The graduates today are faced by communication problems and have the
low capability of expressing themselves. I became a teacher to curb this scenario as well as
helping them appreciate the need for being physically fit through the offer of physical education.
Teaching challenges in leading learning
Balancing the learning needs of the pupils is very critical and challenging. Pupils have diverse
talents and ability. Some perfume exponentially while other will take a more extended period to
understand the concepts, this implies that some will view the teacher as time waster on a simple
concept while the others will perceive the teacher to be very fast (Entwistle, & Ramsden, 2015).
Learning and emotional intelligence
Learning is the acquisition of new ideas or sharpening of the existing ideas and framing them
into practically applicable sense. The ideas are obtained through reading and lectures. Emotional

intelligence, on the other hand, is the ability of the individual to understand and appreciate his
emotions and those of others in the same environment. It helps in understanding what others are
going through hence coming up with a strategy to help them out (Duchesne, & McMaugh,
2018). .
Role of education
Education plays a vital role in poverty eradication through sharpening the brain of individuals on
the most viable ideas and applications.
Importance of teacher pupil’s relationship
When the pupil is faced by some difficult and complex situations, he will obliviously need to
consult the teacher. Establishing a good relationship helps the pupils to free to seek consultation
and hence improving the learning effectiveness.
YouTube clip comment
I chose the Li Cunxin clip; it is true that the young generation has more exposure to the world
than the old generation and therefore there is no reason as to why they wouldn’t achieve more.
One must have the courage to his imagination to travel and learn from all aspects of life
(Yarkoni, & Westfall, 2017).

Favorite comment
“A general with no army” Li Cunxin describes himself as the general with no army if he has the
skills but fails to communicate them out to the students. This signifies how crucial
communication skills are in the learning and teaching process.
BCE learning framework
This is a teaching framework that was realized by the Catholics to equip learners with religious
skills and experience in the following of Jesus Christ teachings. It has contributed significant
support to the pupils learning in connection to emotional intelligence (Feldman, 2016).
Behavior management and policy
Controlling the behavior of a pupil is very important in his learning life. This will help him to
exclude himself from the immoral happening of the world and prepare him to the responsibility
in waiting at adulthood. The policy of this control should be however learner’s friendly to ensure
a good relationship between the learner and the teacher is maintained.
Conclusion
Learning and teaching go hand in hand. The teacher is the direction giver and has full
responsibility for the performance of the class. He must, therefore, be prepared and efficient in
dealing with all the challenging conditions he encounters or the class in general.
