Understanding self and others emphasize on the skills, competencies as well as
knowledge of an individual which is required to perform a task. It is basically a significant factor
to develop the personality of an individual (Baron-Cohen, Tager-Flusberg and Lombardo, 2013).
Thus, to be a part of social environment an individual must know as well as understand the need
of others to relate with them. For the better understanding of reflective report has been prepared
based on the personal experience. Along with that it carries various skill to determine the
strength as well as weakness based on personal development plan (Masicampo, Martin and

performance, learning as well as achievement. It's primary purpose is to assist an employee so
