context of organizational behaviour and also evaluate own critical thinking skills. It also helps to
raise awareness of different ways in which perceptions and makes sense of the world that helps
to develop critical thinking skills. The report present 4 different interpersonal skills such as focus
and attention, time- management, team working, public speaking and describe how it is
beneficial for an individual's future development. It is necessary to have some interpersonal skills
in every individual's life because this will help them to learn more and achieve all their defined

What is the core skill to develop?
Focus and attention is the basic skill which every individual must possess because it is a
brain's ability which help to concentrate in order to attain all target for a defined period and
even I also possess this skill but I need to focus much more on this basic core skill such as
attention and focus because it help me in my future development as due to lack of this skill
will disturb me such as noise, stress, disruptive thoughts etc. (Hargie, 2018).

I select this skill because attention and focus are those basic skills which help to learn
anything, to pay attention what teachers or experts tell me and even to concentrate the

while on the other side, without this I can never memorize or master of new material (Focus

On the basis of my own experiences it has been concluded that every individual must
possess basic skill because it will help to achieve all their targets and I also have some of the
