INTRODUCTION
Self analysis is needed for any person for personal development by this an individual can
make their own assessment (Derlaga and Berg, 2013). Each and every person haves some
strengths, weaknesses which creates a huge impact on their personal and professional work.
Honesty is an significant part in self evaluation process by which persons can assess their
original value. This assignment is having a self reflection and it contains four key skills and it's
importance in a personal life. This report is having an action plan by which an individual can
improve their weak points to be more efficient in their personal life.
1 Reflective Journal on personal skills
Reflective journal is a complete set of entries of a particular time period in which a
person can write his self reflection. So here I am writing a self reflection on my core skills which
makes me better to do my work.
Team Work
 Team working is a process which allows to people to work for a share goal by theuir
collaborative work (Baumeister, 2013). It is an essential skill to lead a work which
makes a person better in their professional. It includes seven elements in it which makes
a better team work like; listening, questioning, persuading, respecting, helping, sharing
and participating.
 These elements a better team works to attain big targets in short time. Each and every
sector having a need of team work in student or professional life. Listening makes me
better to observe what the speaker wants to say to me. Questioning helps to me clarify
situations and actual crux of sentence and it increase my participation in class.
Reasons To Posses These Skill
 As I am a student so it is essential for me to be efficient to work in a team because we
have to make a project in a team. It is essential for me to posses these skills in my
behaviours by which I can make an easy communication and questioning with team
mates which can support in projects. Most of the professional projects in companies are
given in team so it is essential to a person how to deal in a team (Landau, Meier and
Keefer, 2010).
 Another thing is that it increase my involvement in class which helped me in to learning

what my tutor wants to say to whole class. Either to project making it helps me to share
my view in my classmates which helps me to learn a lot about. According to a published

It has a huge significance in work and studies:
 Team work skills can help to any one to make a better project via increasing their
communication.
 Most of the professional projects are given in to teams so this team work can help to

By this they can accomplish their targets in the time and they can achieve goals easily so it is
essential for any one to work in teams to attain their targets by involving others ion their work.

Contradictions With Regard To These Skills
 I have enough team work sprite in me which makes me better to perform work in a team
but some time my team mates creates problems in communication which decreases my
communication with them. It means that lack of communication from opposition creates
influence in my work. So some time our projects can not be done in within the given
deadline of tutor so they have give us feedback on this to accomplish all projects in a
given deadline by which we can make a better coordination in each other.
 Lack of communication deceases our values of workings which can decreases our
potentials to attain targets. So coordination is a part in which I have some problems so it
is essential for me to overcome on this.
Relevance With Future Career
 Team work is having a huge significance relating to career so it is essential for me to
learn how to work in team work. According to published journal in Forbes team work is
a challenge for most of the people which are working the corporate sector but those
which are having ability to work in team have a huge chances to get success in their
field. Each and every company recruits an employee in a team so it is essential for me to
learn how to work in a team.

on my contradictions on this skill which can help to me to attain goals.
SELF MOTIVATION
 Self motivation is a form in which a person can do things, it an important thing which
makes a person more attentive for their goals (Brechwald and Prinstein, 2011). It pushes
to a person to attain their goals with in their deadline. Some of the major elements are
personal drive, commitment, initiative and optimism by which a person can be self
motivated towards their goals (Brechwald and Prinstein, 2011).
 Each and every person has some factors in their work which motivates them to complete
their work in a particular time period. By this employees and students can achieve their
targets, so these motivation elements helps to a person to be more efficient in their work
which increases their personal interest in their work.

 It is an essential skills for workers which are working a field area, it helps to keep their
personal interest in their work by which they can attain their targets (Cozolino, 2014). It
is an important skills for students, professional and business people to be determined
towards their goals, a company or business people having a particular target for a year
so it is essential for them to be focused in their work.

any situation which shows that I am enough motivated towards my objectives.

 Self motivation is a skill which is highly related to self inspiration and determination
towards to goals and work. Determination is a point on which I have to work,
determination and patience are two basic elements which helps to a person to be self
motivated. These two elements are my main weakness in this point so it is essential for
to overcome on this. De motivational elements can lead on me when I get failure in my
work, this time I feel so much de motivation feeling.
 These contradictory elements are making an effect on my current workings and it
decreases my hope of success in projects so it is essential for me to overcome on these.
Relevance With Future Career
 Self motivation is having a huge relevance with my professional life so it is essential for
me to overcome on these. In my future I have to be motivated my work to attain my
goals because my future growth is based on this. Promotions are based on achievements
and self motivational factors impacts a lot on these achievements. Future studies takes a
lot time and I have to be patient in this time to learn new things so I have to be self
motivated in that time to learn new things and make my future bright.
 So it is essential for me to use self motivational factors in my future work. Most of the
employees of a company is having incentives as a self motivation elements which can
help to me to make a betterment in future growth.
TIME MANAGEMENT
 It is a procedure to manage time to accomplish all work in a particular time period
which is stated as a time management (Kohut, 2013). It is an essential element for a
person which want to be success in his work so they have to make a proper time
management.
