INTRODUCTION
Understanding self and others forms the social cognition backbone. Along with this, it is
a central term explored through research into primary process like as empathy and perception. In
order to engage as well as interpret within social world, particular person should understand how
they can link with others. In this, social behaviour perspective reshaped by communicating with
others (Autesserre, 2014). If people have to understand self and others they should have some
proper skills within themselves. Their are various skills like negotiation, feedbacks, public
speaking, communication skills etc. and people should improve them for developing their career
growth. Leaders should always have good ability of speaking and positive attitude in order to
achieve the targets and objectives effectively and efficiency. They can also make a personal
development plan for enhancing their abilities and capacities as well. In this report, it involves
the four skills which are team building, public speaking, conflict solving and time management.
By using this they will prepare a personal development plan. Along with this also shows the
strength and weakness as per this skills.

as; in working environment, school, personal lives and many more. Advantages of knowing
how to interact with public involves verbal or non-verbal communication and critical thinking
skills. This skill will help in improving communication as well as leadership skills. Primarily,
this kind of skill are present within the leaders. As it will assist in becoming a successful leader
within the company. Additionally, a perfect leader can able to lead their group members
effectively along with this it also able to interact in front of large numbers of audience in order
to give and transfer information in a proper way. Hence, each person can able to understand
their aim and motive of providing information to them.

These kind of skill is essential for leader, I should also have this kind of skills to grab attention
of public while communicating with them in front of audience. I had selected this skills in order
to enhance my level of confidence is very low as I am not able to communicate in front of large
numbers of public. Hence, their should be higher level of determination and confidence at the
time of sharing my opinion as well as views with the public.

competence?
I have good public speaking skills because of which I can properly convey my opinions and
ideas to audience. Public speaking skill will assist me in increasing my level of confidence and
also enhancing my knowledge. Hence, it is essential for me to use that information while
communicating with audience. In order to achieve effective skills of public speaking I can
attend seminars and English speaking classes. With this, it will help me in improving my
command and control on my public speaking. Along with this, it will be easy for me to speak in
front of public. Therefore, I can able to evaluate all these competencies through determining
public opinion and views.

After taking feedback of my team, I analysed that there is very low level of confidence in me
and I also get hesitated while speaking in front of audience. Due to this reason I cant able to
grab public attention by my speaking ability. Hence, I have to get over from this issue so that I
can able to speak in front of large numbers of peoples as well as also able to grab attention of
audience towards my presentation and speech.

It is very essential skills as it will assist me in giving presentation in front of employees, team
members and managers. Along with this, it also aid me in stimulating public as well as give

According to my analysis, I can say that I am having good team building skills and I can say
this because my motivation as well as communication skills are good through which I
effectively motivate my team members but i also think that my level of confident is very low
while giving guidance to my team members. Hence, it is essential for me to enhance my
confidence level in order to build effective coordination within team members and along with
this it will also enhance my knowledge to give them proper guidance of their work.
Additionally, I take feedbacks from my seniors to enhance my skills as well as also take
feedbacks of my team members towards my working activities. Toolkit such as Jung personality
Test will aid me in evaluating my core knowledge and skill. By this test can able to know my
presence skills within myself.

In this, I have very low level of confident while interacting with my group members. So, I get
failed in order to stimulate them towards the company objectives and goals. With this, I am not
able to boost motivating level of them to perform their work it will gave negatively impact on

that I can able to improve my skills as well as achieve positive results easily. In this, I had taken
suggestion from my employees and I monitored that I cant able to listen all the group members
which create negativity among them.

In this skills, my strength are that can able to handle the conflicts easily which take place
within workplace but my weakness is that my way of solving conflicts is not so effective. In

In this skills, my weakness are that I cant able to manage work within teams due to that

improving my this skill I have to make my positive attitude within workplace. Strength are that I
can work within groups by coordinating with each others through that which I can easily achieve

take learning programs for improving my skills properly.
