INTRODUCTION
Self-awareness is crucial process as it helpful in developing better understanding and it
also provides clear perception of own personality, thoughts, belief, attitude and emotions
(Keville and et.al., 2017). It is essential to develop understanding about self and other and it is
social cognition activity. The one of the main objective in this is to evaluate the strength and
weakness of an individual. In addition to this, report will be inclusive of core skills these are
team working, time management, conflict resolution and Giving and receiving feedback. In this,
action plan is need to construct so that effective steps in terms to increase strength and overcome
weaknesses.

In this, I am focussing over time management skills as it is helpful in organizing and

addition to this, time management skill is assistive in manner to managing the overall
productivity so that desire task can be achieved.
Why skills are essential and how did I select to reflect on?
Time management is crucial as it is helpful in accomplishing more than one task in shorter
period of time. It is helpful approach in taking the advantage of learning and opportunities,
lowering the stress and helps in maintaining focus on other tasks which leads to have success
(Keville and et.al., 2017). Being productive is one of the effective and efficient goal of time
management approach.
I have selected this skill to perform the task appropriately so that desire result can be
achieved. I have chosen this skill as it is beneficial for me to schedule task and perform each
activities effectively.
The one of effective time management theory under this is Maslow's theory. It is assistive in
focussing over needs, differentiating them and setting the time limits so that one can do other
important tasks.

lacking area of mine is I am not able to manage more than one task and this is one of my
major lacking point which stops me to accomplish desire result. I need to develop my time
management skill as it is essential to produce result on timely manner so that I can get
success in life.

that I can make the better evaluation among the things. This will be beneficial aspect for me
to achieve the desire result. With help of taking the feedback, advantages and disadvantages

Yes, others says I use to do my work in slow manner but my main motive is that I want to

that in work load its becomes difficult for me to manage the time in order to cope up with it I
am taking initiatives so that I can handle the things easily.

The time management ability has precise beneficial aspect. It will be helpful for me in future
as I will conduct my work as to prioritise the task so that better and effective result can be
achieved. With help of setting the deadlines, I can able to prioritise the task and can manage
more than one task in one time by prioritising it. Thus, time management is not about
managing the time we have but it’s about managing the activities and behaviour to make the
most productive use of time which allotted for specific task (Dale Marshall, 2014.).
