INTRODUCTION
The Personal development & planning is considered as the procedure in which individual
takes better actions for improving the performance of a person in rightful manner (What is
Personal Development, 2017). This also supports in developing some career objectives which
every individual wishes to attain for becoming successful. Personal development also contributes
in monitoring and modifying activities of employees in right direction which is valuable for the
company. Every individual has certain kind of skills in which some are very strong and some are
required to moulded according to the requirement of job role. In this report, four main skills of
individual will going to be discussed effectively which includes both the strength and weak
skills. Furthermore, Personal development plan will going to be prepared on weak skills so that
they get improved in appropriate manner so that skills get developed among them.

As per the thoughts given by Cottrell, (2015), it has been analysed that team work is defined as
the cooperative efforts of group of people towards the common goals. Development of team
working skill in every individual is highly important because it helps them achieving goals in
quicker manner with the support of one another strengths skill. It has been seen that business
activities which are performed by a team are more effective and successful in comparison of
those skills which are performed by individual at own level.

This skills shows that each and every employee who perform in a team gets support of one
another knowledge and skills. This clearly shows importance of this skill in individuals life as
they are able to work in organisation with higher productivity. I have selected team work skill
for development as I think that its helps me enhancing my satisfaction level and also reduces
stress level as working in a team makes me interact with team members which releases my
stress. This release of stress motivates me to work in a company and also enhances my
productivity which increases profitability of company as all predetermined aims and targets are
attained in provided time period.

On the basis of my own evaluation, it is analysed that I am quite good at team working as it is
supported with the strong communication skill of mine. This means that my strong
communication skills helps me in influencing interest of team mates and also make them work
according to my guidance. As a result, this influence of mine helps me work with the team
members in effective manner that contributes in accomplishment of all goals and objectives in
the provided time frame. Along with this, my superiors has also told me I am working in a
comfort zone while working in a team which clearly depicts that I am good in team on the job
ability.

I have personally identified that my superiors as well as team members believes that I am good
in team working skill but according to my analysis, I personally feels that at the time of
corporate meeting I am not able to corporate with the team members. This is because, I think
that having strong communication skill is not enough for the good team working but it also
requires some patience as well in order to sustain longer their.

Strong team employed ability will support in working on big projects in future as without

decision. But I have found that, being a part of conflict that is going on among employees I
